Summary of the Position

Reports to Customer Service Team Leader, the position is responsible for providing support throughout pre &post Sales, to ensure flawless execution of order processing, trace resolution & escalation/exception/complaint handling, service level agreement & internal processes.

Responsibilities:

• Trace Handling: manages shipment tracking and trace requests from customer on timely manner.
• Escalation/Exception-Handling: Handles customer escalations from customers on a timely manner.
• Complaint-Handling: Handles and addresses complaints end-to-end; Acts as escalation point for
customers and other parties within the team.
• Solution Provision: Able to provide timely solution to cases/exceptions, proper follow up and follow
through end-to-end.
• Service Recovery: Able to provide service recovery as deemed appropriate, with the necessary
investigations done & wisely executes empowerment with proper justifications and based on set
processes.
• Manages and investigates customer claims, and assesses if claim is approved or denied, where claims
are not handled by insurer/3rd party administrator.
• Manages any ad hoc/regular reports supporting SME or KAM customers.
• Stays informed on shipment and exception status for allocated KAM customers.
• Proactively informs customer on shipment status and exceptions.
• Passes Sales leads or any potential business opportunities to Sales Team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service work experience
• Experience in Express Distribution or Supply Chain Logistics industry is preferred.

The Senior Home Ownership Specialist, under the supervision of the Head of Department (Home Ownership), is a key member of the Home Ownership team. He/She will assist in the management of the Home Ownership team, as well as in mentoring and supervising the Junior Home Ownership Specialists. In addition, as a Senior Home Ownership Specialist, he/she will need to support families in various meaningful ways along their home ownership journey.

• Direct work: build strong and supportive relationships with families who are on the KeyStart programme through consistent engagements; provide housing guidance to support families in overcoming their barriers and difficulties faced to achieve home ownership; and advocate together with families to key stakeholders so that they can access the resources they need to overcome systemic barriers that families face in their home ownership journey.
• Indirect work: you will have the opportunity to be involved in programme and service design, programme administration, stakeholder management, research, and impact evaluation. You will be required to provide support to the KeyStart team to plan and execute the KeyStart programme.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Programme Development and Implementation: Assist in the development and enhancement of the Keystart program to address the needs of target beneficiaries and support the implementation of the program. Assist in the development and review of department structures, processes, and related policies in conjunction with the leadership.
2. Home Ownership Assessment and Guidance: Conduct comprehensive assessments of families’ home ownership needs and challenges, considering factors such as affordability, suitability, and eligibility. Provide home ownership-related guidance and education to empower families with the knowledge and skills to achieve home ownership.
3. Home Ownership Casework: Provide individualized casework services to families, including developing action plans, setting goals, and monitoring progress towards achieving home ownership. This includes supporting families through the renovation of their new homes under our Basic Habitation Programme.
4. Partnerships & Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with government agencies, community partners, and other strategic partners to foster collaboration, resource sharing, and advocacy. Connect families with relevant resources, government assistance programs, and community support service, and work closely with partners, to address the needs of families to enable poverty transformation.
5. Advocacy: Advocating with families to key stakeholders including government agencies, or to be supported under our internal KeyStart grants. This includes being knowledgeable about our public housing system and policies, and the determination to find ways to overcome systemic barriers that families face in their home ownership journey.
6. Data Management: Maintain accurate and confidential family records, documenting progress, interventions, and outcomes.
7. Research, Evaluation, and Development: Prepare reports on programme activities, outcomes, and recommendations for program improvement. Pursue practice research to strengthen the department’s evidence-based practices.
8. Supervision and Training: The Senior Home Ownership Specialist is required to conduct relevant in-house training for internal staff and external practitioners or volunteers and provide practice supervision (both individual and group based) to Junior Home Ownership Specialists. He/She will plan and implement professional learning and group supervision for the team and assist in building the team towards fulfilling professional growth and development. He/She will ensure work processes are in alignment with the department’s SOPs and policies.

· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.

· Knowledge in Opera PMS is preferred

· Good communication skills (written and oral)

· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

· 5 days work week (on rotating shifts & able to work on weekends/Public Holidays)
