Job Responsibilities

Job Scope:

· Open and close the gallery.

· Assist visitors with requests, feedback, phone calls, and emails.

· Manage visitor sign-in, event setup, operations, and cleanup.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a small team of Service Engineers in the provisioin of comprehensive range of technical after-sales service support, installation, commissioning and repair plus preventive maintenance plans for laboratory/ hospital infrastructures or research/ analytical equipment in the medical imaging industry;
• Provide technical consultation to customers;
• Respond to customers’ requests by troubleshooting problems and taking corrective actions within targeted timeline;
• Prepare service reports.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of relevant technical work experience in service/ maintenance;
• Possess people management and technical experience in similar industry;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Charismatic leader with ability to work independently and as a team player;
• Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with good business acumen;
• Valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle will be an added advantage
