Job Description

In this role, you will lead a team of customer service professionals, ensuring that the clients and users receive timely, top-tier support. You will have the opportunity to design, implement, and optimize customer support strategies for user satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of customer service representatives to provide exceptional support and service across multiple channels.

• Assist both external and internal customers with enquiries, feedback, and requests via calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions at the counter.
• Provide simple course advising.
• Act as Gatekeeper for entry to the Customer & Visitor Centre.
• Assist with general enquiries as Roving Staff.
• Guide applicants on their full-time or part-time enrolment at the call centre or using Self-Help PCs/laptops at the counter.
• Handle certificate collection at the counter.

Requirements

• Diploma
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• 1 - 2 years of customer service experience is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel)
