Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Responsible for providing customer service to a portfolio of bank customers, sharing leadership role with relationship managers.
• Primary servicing responsibility for Thailand customers but will cover other geographies subject to business requirement.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Business Relationship Support, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Customer service experience in a bank providing international payments services to financial institution clients.
• Knowledge of Thailand market and financial institutions clients are essential.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Thai language is a must due to engaging with clients based in Thailand

Manage customer expectations and notify the Team Lead in the event of unusual surge in calls of a specific nature

Handle initial classification/prioritization of the incidents. Track the progress of resolution and provide regular updates for follow up actions and incident status.

• Identify and resolve problems with marine motors, auxiliary engines, steering systems, and other related components.
• Repair inboard and outboard engines, focusing on fuel, cooling, and exhaust systems.
• Perform regular maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of all shipboard systems.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marine Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of nautical maintenance and repair experience.
• Skilled in using diagnostic tools and marine service equipment.
• Good understanding of marine engines, auxiliary engines, and cargo pumps.
