The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantitative finance, a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, and practical experience in managing trading strategies that drive consistent, high returns.

As part of the team, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and optimizing trading strategies for the Commodity Futures Market, Convertible Bond Market, Stock Market, and other asset classes. You will work closely with other researchers and traders to design and implement algorithmic trading models that deliver alpha and generate superior returns.

Job Requirements

Education:

• PhD in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline is also acceptable.
• Strong academic background in machine learning, reinforcement learning, and quantitative finance.

Experience:

• Hedge Fund/Quantitative Trading Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a hedge fund or proprietary trading firm, with proven track record of managing trading strategies.
• Machine Learning & Data Science: Expertise in developing and implementing machine learning models for financial market prediction (e.g., price movement prediction, alpha generation).
• High-Frequency Trading: Experience in developing and optimizing high-frequency trading strategies is highly desirable.
• Strategy Development: Experience in developing profitable trading strategies in commodities, stocks, or other financial instruments.
• Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, C/C++, and experience with algorithmic trading platforms and libraries (e.g., QuantLib, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Market Analysis: Ability to analyze market data and understand order book dynamics, price movements, and liquidity.

Technical Skills:

• Machine Learning Models: Expertise in supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, deep learning, and their application to financial markets.
• HFT Strategy Development: Knowledge of high-frequency trading techniques, including low-latency data processing, algorithmic decision-making, and market microstructure.

About The Opportunity

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager, Workplace to support Workplace customers post-sale driving quick adoption, deployment and onboarding of our product. In this role, you will:

• Engage with customers post-sale to optimise client outcomes by ensuring a world-class customer experience throughout the onboarding process
• Be part of the team onboarding Workplace members and ensure their customer experience is efficient and successful
• Manage the client data collection process throughout onboarding
• Work closely with the Senior Customer Success Manager to manage the onboarding process from signature to ‘go-live’
• Work with internal stakeholders to identify and upload accurate WeWork floor plans on the Workplace platform
• Understand different user personas, requirements, and success metrics, and how they map to the client’s key business objectives
• Drive quick adoption and deployment of the Workplace app in order to advance the strategic partnership between the client and WeWork and ultimately enable the long-term retention and growth of the account
• Supervise space utilisation performance against the client’s success metrics and provide recommendations to optimize
• Answer adhoc questions about the product and offer best practice advice
• Educate the clients’ workforce and hold webinars to ensure everyone knows how to use the Workplace application
• Renew and upsell non managed / non WeWork licenses, and partner with Account Owners to identify and uncover new Workplace opportunities in Managed Accounts
• Establish and maintain a proactive communication cadence with key partners for account Workplace check-ins

About You

Customer Service Executive (Logistic Operations)

Salary: $2800 - $3100

Working days: Monday – Friday

Working hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities

• Committed to doing everything possible to prevent injuries and to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
• To support the OSH program and make safety and health a part of their daily routine and to ensure that they are following safe work methods and relevant regulations
• Responsible for Order Processing support (order processing, customer order verifications & follow up with customer orders)
• Prepare orders for Planner and follow-up with customers when there are incomplete information or documents
• Coordination with booking agents or ship operators for status of supply schedule / vessel loading
• Collaborate closely with the planner to ensure timely supply and coordination
• Tally overall order received at the end of day to ensure all order is not missed out
• Ensure all delivery orders are received (arrange dispatch) once job completed and forward to customers as proof of delivery
• Closing of job orders for billing once job is completed
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solution and alternatives
• Foster long-term, sustainable relationships with customers by maintaining open, transparent and interactive communication, thereby building trust and ensuring customer satisfaction
