The Service Solutions Director is responsible for positioning Dynatrace’s Customer Success strategies and increasing sales of Dynatrace’s Professional Services and Support offerings.  This highly dynamic role works closely with the Dynatrace Product Sales Organization through all phases of the sales process and ensures a successful handoff to customer facing post-sales teams.  The Service Solutions Director will build and mature collaborative relationships with the Dynatrace Product Sales Organization, as well as customers, to understand needs and objectives, gain trust, and ultimately position the appropriate post-sales offerings.  There is also a strong need for good partner alignment with co-delivery strategies, partner support strategies, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Develops strong, trust-based relationships with product sales and post-sales teams.

JOB PURPOSE

The Regional Service Engineering Manager leads, guides and manages the Service Engineering Teams to ensure that the Company’s products being used by customers are properly configured and commissioned and can be used safely. To do that, the Service Engineers have to competently check, maintain and support the engineering and technical aspects of the products and troubleshoot and rectify any faults and problems that customers encounter.

CRITICAL WORK FUNCTIONS & KEY TASKS

1. Commissioning, Maintenance and Service Assignments

Lead, guide and oversee the Service Engineers in various countries to provide engineering (mainly electrical and mechanical) and technical support services to customers for commissioning, preventive maintenance and corrective services. 1. Deal with manufacturers on technical issues and spare parts.
2. Plan and ensure that stock level of spare parts is optimally kept.
3. Track and ensure that testers are calibrated and checked periodically.
4. Manage and enforce documentation of all assignments handled to build up a knowledge database for analysis, learning and sharing. Identify common issues and errors and prepare an article or advisory to educate the Engineers.
5. Prepare step-by-step training materials and operating manual (derived from service manuals provided by manufacturers) for every major equipment to guide the Engineers

Job Description

Are you ready to embark on an exciting career in air freight? We are seeking enthusiastic and organized individuals to join our team as Air Export Customer Service Representatives. You’ll play a crucial role in managing our clients' air export needs, providing exceptional service, and coordinating with our operations team to ensure smooth shipment arrangements. This is your opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, global logistics environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support assigned customers and overseas agents by managing sales quotations, RFIs, RFQs, and inquiries.
• Book air export shipments with airlines and co-loader agents, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Handle air export billing, invoice verification, and resolve rate disputes efficiently.
• Coordinate with clients, sales teams, overseas agents, and operations staff to ensure successful shipment arrangements.
• Perform additional duties as requested to support team goals.

Requirements

• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry. Excellent command of English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
• Experience: Experience in air freight is a bonus, but not required. We welcome fresh candidates willing to learn.
• Attributes: Team player with a proactive attitude. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently. Willingness to work overtime if necessary.

• Location: No. 9, Airlines Road, #02-16 & #02-17, Cargo Agents Building ‘D’, Changi Airfreight Centre, Singapore 819827.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm. Saturday, 9 am – 1 pm (alternate Saturdays off upon confirmation).
• Leave: 14 days of annual leave after confirmation.
