- Collaborating with other departments, including marketing, business development, and partnerships, to align customer service goals and initiatives
- Proactively evaluating customer journeys to identify opportunities for improvement and achieve outstanding customer experiences
- Developing presentations, training materials, and conducting training or briefing sessions for on-site and off-site operations teams
- Embracing technology and innovation to simplify or automate operational tasks, aiming for cost savings and improved efficiency
- Ensuring the regular update of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Providing administrative support and handling ad-hoc duties as assigned
