• The Technical Service Manager focuses foremost on supporting customers (expectation approx. 75% of time). The function, together with Sales, initiates and executes Initiatives and Projects with customers that deliver on contribution targets within the current FY and prioritizes those projects to deliver sales 2 – 3 years beyond the current FY. Shipment & logistics

· Facilitate shipment of parts & accessory orders in liaison with customer & partners.

· Prepare invoices & shipping documents (packing list, cert. of origin, Airwaybill etc.)

· Organize warranty parts & shipment as well as returning faulty parts to Production Division.

· Regular verification of shipping invoices of courier/freight forwarder for onward processing.

Coordinate with customers for payment as well as AR, debit & credit notes as applicable.

Business Engagement & Collaboration

• Data & KPI logic owner for customer and marketing related data and KPIs within data lake and refinement layer based on Salesforce & other CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Website traffic, Media performance Tools
• demand process management and data onboarding of customer and marketing related data into Overseas datalake (eXtollo/SHIELD)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Business or IT education qualification
