Patient Service Associate is to manage and provide frontline patient services such as patient admission, in-flight / discharge billing consultation, modes of payment consultation, general enquiries handling, birth registration and cashiering.

- Pre-Admission Administration

- Works with Bed Management Unit (BMU) to monitor the availability of beds for elective inpatients prior to admission.

- Coordinates with the doctors / Specialist Outpatient Clinics to manage patients when elective admissions are cancelled

- Admission Administration

- Conducts financial counseling for admitting patients to explain on the charges are derived and how the bills would be financed.

- Assists the patients to complete the various modes of payment forms.

- In-flight / Discharge Administration

- Assists patients / next-of-kin to understand the bills and settle the outstanding payment.

- Assists needy patients by referring them to Business Office / Medical Social Workers Department for financial assistance schemes.

- Works with PSC’s Bill Monitoring Team (BMT) to manage patients’ outstanding bills.

- Handling of General Enquiries

- Assists patients / next-of-kin / general public on general / non-clinical / non-medical issues over the counters / telephone.

- Administration Work

- Performs IP Tagging function.

- Performs posting of charges for in-flight patients.

- Performs settlement for NETS / Credit Card transactions daily.

- Performs proper handover to Finance Department daily.

- Reply to the primary email daily.

- Birth Registration

- Assists informants to register the newborn’s birth application.

- Collects the payment for the birth registration services.

- Administrates the Baby Bonus Forms and collates the relevant statistics as required by ICA.

- System Testing Duties

• Involves as a user to assist PSC Management in testing enhanced features of the various computer systems.
  

- Performs daily housekeeping of the reception areas and workstations, in order to maintain a professional image and neatness of the work place

- Guides new hires on the SOPs and workflows.

- Takes a proactive role in participating in internal PSC projects.

- Performs ad-hoc duties as directed from PSC Management.

Patient Service Associates (PSA) provide frontline counter services to patients. PSA is to assist patients by checking patient’s service/order requirement, managing patient queues, handle basic enquiries (e.g. appointment booking) and to provide administrative support to medical technologists and radiographers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reception of all appointment and walk-in patients at the Diagnostics counters
• Ensure 2 patients’ identifiers (NRIC & Name) are verified for all patients when handling patient registration electronically (i.e. EPIC, LIS, RIS, POS, BSS.) and verifying tests ordered by doctors.
• Accurate appointment scheduling / booking and registration for eligible mammogram patients via Breast Screen Singapore (BSS) portal
• Registration of mammogram patients are done accurately via BSS portal, including updating of patient particulars such as mailing address and contact number.
• Relevant instructions are communicated effectively to patients prior to their procedures/tests, chaperon patients to changing or counselling room where applicable.
• Handle enquiries and provide prompt and courteous service delivery to internal and external customers.
• Responsible for payment collection when assigned to cashier duties and ensure tally of end-of day sales with cash settlement and other transaction records.
• Ensure Medisave Authorization Forms (MAF) are filled in accurately with patients’ endorsement and approval, and all Medisave transactions are captured accurately in EASIPOS
• Accurate application of promotions and discount vouchers appropriately and to validate its utilization via EASIPOS
• Support administrative function to centre in-charge including but not limited to dispatching of lab and x-ray reports, proper record and documentation of courier services.
• Performing duties as assigned by reporting officer
• Meet customer service and quality KPI as determined by department
• Follow up and support reporting officer in handling patient relation issues
• Adhere to policy and standard operating procedure
• Accurate and meticulous in performing cashiering duty when assigned

• Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key customer technical objections, and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers.
• Share enterprise infrastructure modernization expertise to support the technical relationship with customers, including technology advocacy, supporting bid responses, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and partnering directly with product management to prioritize solutions impacting customer adoption to Google Cloud.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Ability to communicate in Korean and English fluently to support client relationship management.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in migrating applications and services to cloud platforms.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure engineering, on-premise infrastructure engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms.
• Experience with security concepts such as encryption, identity management, access control, attack vectors, and pen testing.
• Experience with networking concepts such as software-defined networking, routing, virtual private networks, load balancers and firewalls.

JOB OVERVIEW

Our SAP Concur Customer Success organization serves as a focal point for our customers to achieve success with Concur. As a CSP Advisor, you will be responsible for a portfolio of Customers by developing long term relationships, measured through revenue growth, retention and advocacy. This is a strategic role working with our key customers, SAP Concur’s internal teams and has central importance to our ongoing success as a company. In this role, you will spend your days partnering with our customers to provide strategic recommendations around maximizing the quantifiable business impact from their subscription with Concur.

Responsibility

• Proactively engage and build partnership with Customer C-suite stakeholders and decision makers to support your clientele throughout the customer life cycle stages, from adoption, consumption, expansion and renewal.
• Meet & achieve Customer Success KPIs on retention, renewal, growth and advocacy.
• Own the Customer’s Success Planning and conduct Customer Business Reviews to drive adoption, consumption and value received from their utilization of the Concur solutions.
• Establish strategic relationship with customers and be seen as a trusted advisor
• Competent in conveying and articulating both quantifiable and qualitative value and impacts to the Customer’s business.
• Work in partnership with Client Sales Executives (CSE) to devise and execute Customer Success and Revenue Plan, by active identification of opportunities through the conversations and review we have with the client, and passing them on to the CSE for further qualification and closure.
• Actively contribute and participate in organizational development, learning and growth projects
• Maintain data integrity through regular and timely updates on the client’s success plan.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 -8 years of account management or customer engagement experience in managing and growing a portfolio of existing customers
• Cloud customer engagement experience with large global companies with a high-level of complexity, focus and intensity.
• Track record in establishing, maintaining and growing broad and deep relationships within each customer account.
• Experienced in developing advanced account strategies that drive success through delivering value and insight relevant and unique to each customer
• Ability to uncover how a customer defines success and the ability to align that vision with SAP Concur’s value delivery to create enduring trust-based partnerships
• Strong understanding and track record in Customer Life Cycle Management in driving customer adoption and value realization
• Proven track record of exceeding retention and growth targets
• Highly structured approach with strong collaboration, communication and problem solving skills – ability to handle issue resolution and navigate customers’ matrix environment

As Customer Service Team Lead, you have the opportunity to be part of the Global Operations – Customer Service team and support our APAC (excluding China) customers.

This support includes end-to-end order management (order entry, checking on shipment, product allocation, and complaint management). You will manage and lead a team of 2 CSR.

We’re looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Team Lead reporting to the Customer Service & Logistics Manager based in Singapore. You will be part of the APAC Customer Service team and together, you will partner with your stakeholders to ensure customer service excellence.

This is a varied role for a person who has a strong grounding in order management, people management, excellent customer service plus communications skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Process order entries, ensure that these entries are accurate, issue timely invoices, and actively correspond with customers on delivery/service status in APAC.
• Prepare shipment documents, and liaise with forwarders to ensure delivery of outgoing shipments is timely
• Liaise with internal departments as and when urgent orders are required and provide post-delivery support to overseas customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Handle sales inquiries by coordinating pricing and product issues with the country sales managers and responding to customers' inquiries
• Co-ordinate the complete process with the appropriate Supply Chain, Production & Finance department
• Pro-active contact with customers / Forecast follow-up for current quarter activities / Set-up and follow-up of improvement actions defined during meetings
• Manage claims, returns, and refusals from the customers appropriately. Follow through with the investigation and closure of complaints.
• Ensure logistics operational procedures are observed and complied with
• Review work processes for continuous improvement
• Coach and lead CSR, enhancing their skills and capabilities
• May assist in other areas or perform duties as required

EHS

• Perform, Maintain and improve the EHS standards and requirements as set by the Company. Participate in the company’s EHS program including training, audit etc., arranged by the company.

This role is assigned to our APAC head office located in Biopolis, Singapore.

What You’ll have

• Minimum 5 years experience in chemicals or food ingredients industry with at least 2 years in the capacity of managing a small team
