Responsibilities & Duties:

• Customer service executives serve as the primary point of contact for clients coming to a company for inquires, requests, queries, and complaints. Forward customer sales enquiries to Sales Dept. for follow-up.
• Co-ordinate with Operations Dept. to respond to customer queries regarding on-going jobs and projects.
• Schedule jobs with Operations staff.
• Prepare quotations and send to customers.
• Track and monitor completion of jobs in the RVS (River Computer System).
• Confirm jobs are “CLOSED” in RVS based on receipt of signed Delivery Orders.
• Produce Purchase Requisition and coordinate with Procurement for Purchase Order to supplier/vendor.
• “CLOSED” means job is completed and required documents are sent to Accounts Dept. for billing.
• Other ad-hoc activities as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Candidate possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
• Customer service experience will be an added advantage.

As a Service Engineer, you have to :

• Attend to equipment fault at customers’ premises.
• Liaise with the customer and sub-contractors regarding all aspect on the add-on project activities.
• Monitor the progress of the work done closely in order to ensure that the schedule and quality of work are met.
• Ensure that all materials and equipment are delivered on time as per schedule for site installation or rectification of fault.
• To carry out periodic maintenance for our customers.

You should :

• Possess a Diploma in Electronics and/or Electrical Engineering.
• 2-3 years’ hands-on experience in troubleshooting of card access systems, alarm systems, CCTV, etc.
• With good interpersonal communication skills.
• Have a valid Class 3 license.
• Be ready for rotating stand-by duty.

Responsibilities:

• To be fully responsible for the daily operation of service centre at the project site.
• To liaise with client / consultants, contractor for the monitoring and closure of any residents complaints, feedback and defects.
• To carry out conditional survey before and after completion of works within flats.
• To man the information counter and information telephone hotline.
• To arrange for defects works to be carried out within flats and ensure a high standard of public relations with the residents.
• To perform any clerical duties such as typing, photo-stating and filing assigned by the client.
• To maintain proper document records of the service centre and submit timely / weekly / monthly status report to client.
• To assist in the purchase of construction materials.
• To assist in the preparation of ISO.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least O Level or equivalent

• Experience in handling HDB BTO projects is preferred;

The Senior Director, Service Operations is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational functions of CX & Service Operations across APAC and EU regions. This includes strategic ownership of Workforce Management (WFM), Agent Enablement (training, quality, and content), and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Management. This leader will ensure excellence in service delivery through strategic planning, workforce optimization, vendor management, and continuous process improvement.

This role demands strong strategic thinking, operational expertise, and leadership capabilities to align cross-functional teams and drive impactful results in a complex, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

Work Force Management (WFM)

• Develop and oversee the WFM strategy to ensure optimal staffing and resource allocation across APAC and EU regions.
• Lead business planning and forecasting processes to align workforce needs with business objectives.
• Establish and monitor staffing models, ensuring scalability and flexibility to meet demand fluctuations.

Agent Enablement

• Oversee training, quality assurance, and content development for customer operations teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in training programs to ensure agents are equipped with the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
• Establish quality standards and feedback mechanisms to enhance agent performance and consistency.
• Manage the development and maintenance of internal knowledge bases and support content.

BPO Management

• Develop and execute a comprehensive vendor and BPO management strategy to support business objectives.
• Identify, onboard, and evaluate BPO partners to ensure alignment with company standards and goals.
• Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Performance Monitoring and Improvement

• Set and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics for WFM, agent enablement, and BPOs.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, address issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead efforts to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and reduce operational costs across all service delivery functions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., CX & Service Ops, COEs, Finance, Product, etc) to ensure alignment of service delivery activities with broader business needs.
• Work closely with data teams to leverage insights for workforce planning, training improvements, and vendor performance optimization.

Leadership and Team Development

• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Lead by example, demonstrating operational excellence and a customer-first mindset.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure RFQ is managed properly, work closely with Sales team, co-ordinate other IT teams to complete the RFQ.
2. Work with the Sales team and product team to propose necessary solutions as per RFQ requirements.
3. Handhold sales, solutions and project implementation team once project is awarded and manage escalations.
4. Ensure that projects are executed based on the project plan to meet identified business needs, within agreed parameters of cost, duration and quality
5. Analyze the requirements, scope the problem and develop business cases to address the problem
6. Document requirements, source and evaluate alternatives, and recommend solutions that best fit the project’s needs.
7. Work with our customers’ line units to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of solution
8. Develop project schedule and activities based on appropriate project implementation methodology
9. Identify potential project risks and their implications to the organization and recommend mitigating measures to manage the risks and to provide reasonable assurance to the organization
10. Establish the appropriate project organization structure and define the change management and communication plan to engage and set expectations of stakeholders
11. Engage and manage the Internal/ External Service Provider(s) (who supplies the people, processes, tools and methodologies) to deliver ICT solutions and services.
12. Understand the IT management policy, quality management policy and security guidelines to ensure the development processes and procedures and system are designed to comply with policies and guidelines
13. Communicate and present to senior decision makers, stakeholders and management forums on project progress and issues with respect to business objectives
14. Perform other jobs related duties as and when requested by superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
