In doing so we are looking for a dynamic Enterprise Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio from our top 100 customers. You will work with a cross-commodity portfolio providing a first-class customer experience.

We are looking for an individual who has a strong background in managing large client accounts and the ability to build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, whilst providing outstanding client management. You will have a flexible mindset, innovative thinking and solid business acumen.

Your strategic mindset will ensure you are proactively networking within your accounts to gather insights on how our data is used within their business. You will ensure that our clients have regular touchpoints where you present quarterly account reviews working closely with the Account Manager. Your commercial mindset will identify gaps in their solutions, you will pro-actively account plan with the Account Manager for a successful commercial output. Your passion for people and really building relationships will see you visiting your customers for face-to-face meetings.

The Customer Success Manager will report directly into the Director Customer Success and will also be responsible for leading companywide initiatives as well as playing a significant role in coaching and developing more junior members of the team.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Fastmarkets' top 100 clients, acting as a trusted partner to understand their needs and align solutions that drive value.
• Have a commercial mindset to support the business growth working closely with the Account Manager to ensure that you identify opportunities to expand business through cross-selling and upselling Fastmarkets’ full range of solutions and capabilities.
• You will actively visit your customers to build relationships with key stakeholders to establish their goals for a successful partnership
• Act as the trusted advisor for customers by understanding their markets and deliver knowledge and insights aligned to their vision
• Build strong relationships to enable networking within the accounts. Successfully create workflows so we can understand how our pricing data is being used throughout their business  
• Be prepared to hold in depth conversations regarding our pricing, data, methodologies – you should project confidence and credibility and succeed in forging a relationship of trust with your Customers. This will enable objection handling and help identify customer pain points.
• Ensure that kick-off meetings are scheduled with all parties’ responsible post renewal
• Set up internal steercos for account planning that includes (Ams, CSMs, Exec Sponsor) to ensure account goals are aligned ahead of engagement activities
• Collaboration with Account Managers to develop strategies and deliver quarterly account reviews.
• Each account will have an Executive Sponsor from Fastmarkets, you will actively ensure these meetings are happening across your accounts
• Use all data available to identify account risk then plan for mitigation with the Account Manager – you will be obsessive in understanding how to reduce churn within your portfolio
• Actively identify gaps in a customer’s package, seek out upsell opportunities and identify new users. Support the Account Manager to close these opportunities
• Monitor usage stats and put in place improvement plans for accounts that are struggling to adopt
• Listen to our customers’ feedback to identify new product ideas and functionality, work with the Product team to build their feature enhancements pipeline
• Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure technical issues are addressed within SLAs and on-going issues do not persist
• Create customer onboarding and adoption plans with the appropriate teams to ensure users are trained across your accounts. Provide and deliver ad-hoc training where necessary with senior stakeholders
• Ensure you are up to speed on all the latest releases and enhancements in our solutions and that you have effectively communicated these to your customers (providing training where necessary)
• It’s imperative that you build internal relationships from all departments (editorial, sales, product and marketing teams) to ensure an outstanding and streamlined customer experience
• Maintain an exceptional level of customer satisfaction rates
• Provide internal training to junior members of the team
• Work with Product to pilot new products and to play a key role in their go-to-market strategy

Position Overview: Customer Success Engineer provides technical support and ensures the success of our client's post-implementation. He/she is to be highly knowledgeable and skilled in all aspects of Tunity’s product architecture, showcasing individual expertise in software and adept knowledge of its integration with hardware. Acting as the technical contact point for our clients, he/she ensures a seamless and cohesive experience of service support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Tunity's products, from software to hardware, to provide comprehensive support across our product and solution suite.

• Software Support: Provide expert software support, resolving issues swiftly at the root cause to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

• Maintenance Management: Implement and manage software maintenance processes, actively monitoring and analysing activities to identify improvement areas, and managing preventative maintenance schedules.

• Solution Maintenance: Oversee the ongoing maintenance of software and platform solutions, ensuring they are current, optimized, and operating effectively within the client's infrastructure.

• Hardware Liaison: Collaborate closely with the hardware team, addressing hardware-related concerns, and providing timely resolutions to clients.

• Client Communication: Work in tandem with Customer Success Specialists in client engagements and communications, such as guiding clients on resolution processes, conducting training, participating in and contributing to client meetings, etc.

• Documentation and Analysis: Create and maintain technical documentation, conduct regular system performance and cost analysis, and prepare reports that inform strategic decisions.

• Technical Assessments and Implementation: Lead in-depth technical reviews and strategically recommend solutions to address client change requests, ensuring optimal outcomes and seamless integration of modifications. Implement and perform coding of the approved solution.

Qualifications:

· Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information System, Computer Engineering or a related field.

· At least 3 years of professional experience as a developer

· Proficiency in back-end development using Entity Framework, C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, MS SQL, and RESTful Web API.

· Proficiency in front-end development using Angular 2+.

· Solid understanding of databases, both SQL and NoSQL.

· Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

· Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

· Knowledge of Single sign-on (SSO) (e.g Microsoft Entra ID, AWS IAM) via SAML/OAuth is a plus.

• Customer service executives serve as the primary point of contact for clients coming to a company for inquires, requests, queries, and complaints. Forward customer sales enquiries to Sales Dept. for follow-up.
• Co-ordinate with Operations Dept. to respond to customer queries regarding on-going jobs and projects.

Job Description – Service Engineer (Maintenance Lead)

We are looking for a Service Engineer as Maintenance Lead to lead and supervise the maintenance team in maintaining and managing system hardware and networks at customer site located over Singapore island to meet the contractual Service Level Agreement (SLA). The Service Engineer shall report to and under the supervisory of the Maintenance Manager (Reporting Officer (RO)). Hiring shall be 1 year services contract via agent arrangement with option to extend or convert to direct outsource or permanent hiring.

Responsibilities

· Assist the RO in Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) tasks and devise maintenance schedule and resources planning and deployment.

· Provide solution guidance to the Service Technicians and generation of maintenance documentation such as PM & CM report to RO for review and final release to customer.

· Provide CM on faults to establish root cause on an ad-hoc basis including I-level & D-level testing and troubleshooting on equipment

· Plan and perform PM to system equipment at scheduled/ periodic basis including O-level testing and sensors calibration to ensure optimal operational performance

· Collaborate with OEM to establish root cause of fault findings and D-level components repair

· Supervise sub-contractor performing maintenance at site

· Convey updates to RO and customer on maintenance progress.

· Review with RO on maintenance processes and resources etc for maintenance process improvement.

• Field service work / Workshop repairs: attend site and perform field work, i.e. breakdowns, preventative maintenance, install and commissioning. Workshop tasks: dismantling, assembly, cleaning of parts and using of precision equipment and machinery and apply safety and health rules and taking into consideration the actual site conditions.
• Planning / Coordination: preparation and control of all material, equipment and documentation needed for site activities and organized them in accordance with contractual and supplement documentation.
• Repair: conducts detailed inventories and inspections to determine necessary maintenance and reports. Troubleshoots and repairs equipment and recommends changes such as new equipment or modified procedures to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
• Reporting: prepares all technical and work reports to be signed by customer representative.
• Customer Regulation: obtaining certain passes or attending classes for commencing of works.
