• Prepare airfreight and seafreight quotation to customer and overseas agent
• Prepare monthly Tariff LCL and FCL for customer
• Follow-up quotation with customer
• Prepare spot rate to key account customer
• Assist operations team on shipment follow-ups
• Work closely with operations team to offer effective logistics solution
• Involve with the yearly tender preparation
• Others ad-hoc task when assigned

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain and Logistics
• 2-3 years working experiences in Freight Forwarder/Seafreight/Shipping
• Familiar with shipping documentation and carriers
• Good knowledge in Dangerous Goods & documentation
• Previously with Operations/Customer service experiences would be an advantages

• Assisting Department Manager on day-to-day operations and to be a good role model setting good example including managing and supervision his subordinates with positive attitude towards work, customers, company and profitability of the job at all times.
• Execution of his daily duties including planning of work-scope, personnel allocation; assess tool requirement, scheduling, assessment, execution of repair and service works on diesel engine and auxiliary equipment components of two/four stroke engines. Monitor progress and ensure works are carried out on time and budget to correct quality levels.
• Track and update work progress and delivery schedules for recon. components.
• Evaluate safe and efficient work procedures to recommend modified or new tooling or process
• Assist with the compilation and production of service reports, calibration reports, draft invoices and work specifications etc., including ISO work instructions, risk assessment and checklist for all works.
• Liaise with customers and class, agents and other involved parties as well as other Goltens departments, QC, Sales staff etc. during repair projects including techno - commercial aspects with sub - contractors and vendors on outsourced reconditioning and repair works.
• Provide on-the job training to assigned personnel, monitor to verify skill levels and actively participate in the development of Goltens personnel to improve the quality of work.
• Ability to involve in the counseling process as part of the discipline action in the case of violation of rules of your subordinates.
• Have self-discipline, ownership and be responsible in maintaining the workshop, plant equipment, tools in good order and ensure good housekeeping in all job locations are well upkeep at all times.
• Always be proactive, cultivate good and safe working practices at all times to your subordinates and others at all times.
