JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure smooth flow of import and export documentation process flow.
- Prepare all related documents pertaining to import and export including Permit Declarations
- Liaise with carriers / forwarders on bookings of vessels for exports and arrival dates of vessels, port charges, etc for imports
- Ensure all billings are done promptly and accurately
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints and requirements
- Always develop and maintain excellent service to internal and external customers
- Advise supervisor of any irregularities discovered within the assigned transactions

Job Description

• Handle all new and/or existing customers appointment booking.

This is a contract role for a Customer Service Admin located in Tuas. Our client is one of the licensed warehouses, specialised in handling and storage of dutiable cargo like alcoholic beverages and tobacco.You will be responsible for interacting with customers through phone, email, chat, or in person to provide information about products or services, take orders, handle returns, and resolve complaints. It requires listening to customer concerns, investigating issues, and proposing timely and satisfactory solutions. Developing a thorough understanding of the company's products or services is essential to provide accurate information. Additionally, processing customer orders, entering them into the system, and ensuring timely delivery are key responsibilities. Using computer systems to access customer information, process orders, and respond to inquiries is also a vital part of the job.

Responsibilities

1. Work effectively with Operations and Maintenance staff from the Lines as well as other engineering departments to investigate defects. To develop methods, propose modifications and improve maintenance strategies to rectify them.

2. Analyze and trend condition monitoring and defect data to identify reliability concerns. To develop methods, propose modifications and improve maintenance strategies to overcome them.

3. Draft technical work instructions for preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

4. Identify and implement cost-effective technologies to enhance the RTS Signaling, Communication & Control System performance.

5. Support LTA and RTSO projects in reviewing project design specifications and ensure their adequacy for the safety, reliability, maintainability and operability. To provide

other engineering support to the projects, as required.

6. Work in STRC Tuas, Singapore

Qualifications & Work Experience

1. Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent from recognized institution

2. Previous Railway System experience would be advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Attending to customer queries and concerns in a timely manner and professionalism

• Handling Customer Complaint

• Site Visit and meet the clients as needed

• Training and guide the client on how to use our system

• Data entry and card programming

• Process new registration and manage existing records

• Handle calls and register to system accordingly

• Prepare monthly service report and other reports

• Check daily report for enhancement

• Assist user to sign up and basic troubleshooting

• Record and keep track customer feedback and daily reporting.

• Manpower scheduling and check daily attendance

• Recruitment function including posting of recruitment advertisement, sourcing candidates via various platforms, interview, and offer managements

• Update leave application in system

• Coordinate social and recreational activities to promote the team work of the company

• Exercise initiative, discretion and courtesy, as far and as often as possible to inform, update, clarify, explain, solve/resolve issues and collect feedback from existing and potential customers.

• Other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in administration/HR/Mechanical Engineer or equivalent.
• Must have experience in both customer service and deployment of manpower.
• Must have working experience at call centre and property/facility management
• Working experience in provision of IT solutions relating to security system will be an advantage.
• Able to do presentation in front of large group of audience.
• Command of MS Office programs and Engineering software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, AutoCAD)
• Fluent in English
• Willing to work 12-hour shift and 6 days a week.
