Job Responsibilities:

• Work with various departments to promptly resolve customer needs and issues to meet/exceed service deliveries.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Programme and Residents management

• Part of a multi-disciplinary team to support activities in accordance with curriculum objectives, developmentally appropriate practice and program philosophy
• Introduce, implement rehabilitative therapies and/or programmes. Review and evaluate therapies and programmes to see if they are relevant to residents.
• Facilitate, coordinate and plan in-house programmes for residents. Monitor residents’ involvement for in-house activities and update individual residents’ care plan (ICP) report to respective case or social workers/managers
• Work closely with the Programme team to ensure programmes rostered to do are delivered
• Plan, develop program materials, design and implement group activities
• Work with key workers to implement strategies for behaviour management  
• Responsible for progress monitoring of achievement of residents’ care plan goals

Community Partnership and Volunteer Management

• Source, develop and sustain collaborations with other social service agencies, community stakeholders, corporate partners and, government agencies where necessary for effective programme and volunteer management
• Work with volunteers to deliver volunteer led programmes
• Responsible for maintaining the volunteer database

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably Diploma in related field
• Those without diploma will be considered based on working experience
• Good communication, teamwork and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and meet assigned deadlines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Summary of the Position

Reports to Customer Service Team Leader, the position is responsible for providing support throughout pre &post Sales, to ensure flawless execution of order processing, trace resolution & escalation/exception/complaint handling, service level agreement & internal processes.

Responsibilities:

• Trace Handling: manages shipment tracking and trace requests from customer on timely manner.
• Escalation/Exception-Handling: Handles customer escalations from customers on a timely manner.
• Complaint-Handling: Handles and addresses complaints end-to-end; Acts as escalation point for
customers and other parties within the team.
• Solution Provision: Able to provide timely solution to cases/exceptions, proper follow up and follow
through end-to-end.
• Service Recovery: Able to provide service recovery as deemed appropriate, with the necessary
investigations done & wisely executes empowerment with proper justifications and based on set
processes.
• Manages and investigates customer claims, and assesses if claim is approved or denied, where claims
are not handled by insurer/3rd party administrator.
• Manages any ad hoc/regular reports supporting SME or KAM customers.
• Stays informed on shipment and exception status for allocated KAM customers.
• Proactively informs customer on shipment status and exceptions.
• Passes Sales leads or any potential business opportunities to Sales Team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service work experience
• Experience in Express Distribution or Supply Chain Logistics industry is preferred.

Job Responsibilities: Customer Provide a high quality, first level of support to all stakeholders in resolving issues and ensure that a clear customer focus is maintained and that support calls are dealt with inside agreed service level agreements (SLAs). Ensure the Service requests, issues and Problems tickets are logged in ITSM ticketing system. Escalate more complex server and system operation issues to the relevant level 2 and 3 teams and ensure a timely resolution and closure of tickets within SLAs. Other/ Control Perform OVS system related operations, monitoring OVS cut off times to ensure users printing devices are offline. Monitoring of OVS daily transfer of batch printing files to outsourced vendors are completed timely and reports are delivery for external print processing. Document and update the monitoring procedures and escalate any unusual activity. Perform the daily scheduled tasks and ensure these are carried out in a timely manner. This includes but not limited to daily CTS download and OM processing. Endure the provision and delivery of a support services within operationally agreed targets during the approved service hours. Ensure that both Ad-hoc request and daily tasks and activities are maintained within agreed service and operating levels and that support levels are maintained adequately. Contribute towards the team's strong service delivery ethos placing customer service and responsiveness as primary focus. Adhere to all company policies as well as guidelines. Job Requirements: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in IT environment. Comfortable to do shift work and work on weekends and public holidays Experience in Data Center operation functions, performing monitoring and daily tasks. Experience in handling customers call and good problem escalation skill. Good interpersonal skills and communication skill to deal effectively with others. Ability to organize priorities to ensure that requests are completed on time. Knowledge in IT computer operation. Handling daily operation of running batch job, monitoring and handling of external printing service. Helpdesk or Service Desk customer handling experience meeting customer satisfaction.
