Job Description :
We are currently seeking a friendly, organised, and detail- oriented individual to join our team as a Clinic Receptionist. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact of our patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a positive experience for all.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify patient information and process payments
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of documentation
- Coordinate patient referrals and follow-up appointments as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and scanning documents
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and optimal patient care
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area
- Perform other duties assigned by Clinic Manager
Requirements:
- Min GCE O/A Levels / Diploma and above
- Singapore citizen or PR only
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both spoken and written English. Able to speak in other languages would be a plus.
- Relevant experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Ability to multitask and prioritise task in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
Job Types:
Full time, permanent
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
Saturday 8.30am - 1pm (Alternate)
Training is provided.
Pay:
$2200-2500
