You will play a major role to lead and manage projects delivery, monitor supply chains and logistics, perform technical issue management, liaise partners for service opportunities exploration and service quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ÿ Coordinate customer, partners and China counterpart to support & escalated issues. Focus on result and customer satisfaction.
• Ÿ Monitor and track supply chain to ensure product shipment ETA.
• Ÿ Develop field support plan and change plan to guarantee service delivery quality.
• Ÿ Monitor FRU dispatch/return status.
• Ÿ Manage implementation projects during full life cycle. Including product shipping, Proof of Delivery, Site Survey, Primarily Acceptance and Final Acceptance.
• Ÿ Interface with partners in Singapore for skills and service quality improvement.

Qualifications:

• Ÿ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other related.
• Ÿ 8 years working experience in IT vendor or SI.
• Ÿ Familiar with X86 server architecture
• Ÿ Experience with project management
• Ÿ Good communication and presentation skills
• Ÿ Ability to manage multiple tasks at same time.
