Job Purpose

You will attend to phone/email enquiries from our customers, effectively maintaining our Contact Centre’s high level of accessibility and supporting the preparation and delivery of service requests for customers and distribution partners.

The Job

• Attend to enquiries and requests from phone calls/emails in a professional and prompt manner.
• Update complete and accurate information on customer interaction in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Ensure effective and timely follow-up as promised to customers.
• Alert management of issues and concerns that require escalation for complete resolution.
• Prepare effectively and accurately requests including but not limited to policy summary, premium paid, beneficiary information.
• Work closely with stakeholders on the service request requirements.
• Deliver service requests within stipulated service standards.
• Undertake projects or other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Preferably ’A’ Levels or Diploma holder with relevant working experience.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer / Administrative Assistant to handling of daily order processing PO, DO, invoice and customer. You will follow up with customers stock queries, shipments, delivery, GRN and complaints. To liaise with different party for parties for customers delivery schedules. To prepare and perform inbound, outbound and inventory reports. To manage trucking container and shipping instructions for warehouse with Freight team

What Will You Do

• · Handling of daily order processing PO, DO, invoice and customer
• · Follow up with customers stock queries, shipments, delivery, GRN and complaints
• · Liaise with different party for parties for customers delivery schedules
• · To prepare and perform inbound, outbound and inventory reports
• · Manage trucking container and shipping instructions for warehouse with Freight team
• · Other ad-hoc assigned by manager

What Do We Want

• · At least N Level and above
• · Min 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience in Shipping/Logistics
• · Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer’s enquiries via email or phone calls
• Generate quotations and process purchase orders
• Advise customer on products and services related information accurately
• Attend to any questions or queries related to company’s product
• Manage purchasing related matters as per customer’s queries
• Work closely with Service Engineers for any job task related
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Nitec and/or Diploma in Business or Engineering or any relevant field
• Training provided for those without/lesser experience
