• Ensure efficient collection and washing of range balls.
• Operate the SkyTrak Launch Monitor and Tablet, including simple troubleshooting.
• Ensure range mats are rotated and clean.
• Ensure driving range baskets are collected and neatly arranged for golfers' use.

Requirements

• GCE “N” / “O” Levels preferred with at least 1 year of experience in similar capacity
• Fair knowledge and experience of golf preferred
• Familiarity with operation of PC Card Sales system is an added advantage
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be prepared to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays

Job scope:

- Responsible for order processing, quotations, invoicing, and delivery arrangements

- Assisting customers with sales inquiries via phone and email

- Responsible for following up on enquires and closing the order

- Working closely with sales personnel and providing them with updates when necessary

- Coordinate and monitor deliveries and inventories for customers

- Administrative tasks on an ad-hoc basis
