Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of sales agreements, invoices, billings, and documentation for sales and financing transactions
• Update administrative data in systems and maintain records of such data, including general record keeping and filing duties
• Assist in scheduling of workshop appointments by coordinating and liaising with customers
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries and follow up with existing customer cases
• Provide internal stakeholders with necessary administrative support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Skills Required

• Minimum O/N level holder
• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer facing role
• Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting systems

Other Requirements

• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous and able to multi-task

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Perform monitoring activities using tools provided as well as reviews of transactions flagged out

- Ensure that all tasks are completed/submitted in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures within the agreed timelines/SLA.

- Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all interactions with client

- Handle ad hoc duties as required

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 1 year of experience working in an administrative role

- Minimum education level: N levels subject to working experience

- Fast learner and good team player

- Demonstrates good communication skills and comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment

- Working/shift hours are 10am-10pm, 4 days a week

- Able to work rotating shift hours including weekends and public holidays

Work arrangement: 100% onsite

Role and Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of servers, Waitress and other front-of-house staff.

Customer Experience Management

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline is often preferred.
• Previous experience in F & B or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Previous experience in a customer service management role within the food and beverage industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service techniques and standards.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.
