· Monitoring customer complain;

· Ensure prompt response to and completion of work;

· Planning installation schedule for Installer, IT & Trainer for flight reservation, hotel accommodations, visa application etc.

· Packing of Spare parts for courier delivery

· Prepare Packing list/Delivery Order/Commercial Invoice to forwarder and customer;

· Carry out daily scheduled maintenance and inspections;

· Liaising, coordinating and supervise with external repair vendors as required;
