Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Interaction and Service Delivery: Engage with customers face-to-face to process transactions such as money transfers and other services.
   Accurately verify and input customer information into the company’s systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
   Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers, addressing inquiries regarding services, processes, and company policies.
   
2. Problem Resolution and Escalation: Identify customer issues, complaints, or challenges during service interactions and propose effective solutions.
   Escalate unresolved matters to the management team when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
   
3. Cash Handling and Reconciliation: Balance the cash register accurately at the end of each shift.
   Prepare daily transaction reports and organize cash for bank deposits.
   
4. Administrative Duties: Maintain comprehensive and accurate transaction records.
   Stay updated on company products, services, policies, and procedures.
   Perform other tasks as assigned by colleagues or supervisors.
   
5. Operational Flexibility: Adapt to flexible work schedules, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
   

Skills and Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Proficient in Burmese language to coordinate and communicate with customers and directors. Ability to speak English, Mandarin.
• Customer Service Excellence: Proven ability to interact professionally and effectively with customers.
• Attention to Detail: Strong ability to verify and input accurate data.
• Problem-Solving: Capacity to identify and address issues with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Basic Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office tools, particularly Word and Excel.
• Cash Handling Experience: Prior experience in handling cash transactions and reconciling accounts is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Support in the registration of vessels, ITT, trucking and drumming orders in MyService accurately
• Update customer orders based on instructions from Account Manager
• Create relevant feed/run down order in the Industrial Terminals
• Coordinate and plan drumming activities
• Book time slots for trucking activities
• Liaise with haulier to optimize planning
• Coordinate service disruptions with Account Manager and Operations
• Coordinate and plan drum delivery and collection
• Conduct relevant Customs Clearance Processes
• Handle shipping and ITT documentation
• Handle prevailing administrative tasks for the department
• Perform relevant dispatcher activities on the terminal
• Assist Account Managers with manual inventory reports for customers
• Create all other prevailing periodic reports, including Qliksense

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience in a dynamic admin role
• Experience with common office software (email, MS Office / Google suite)
• Experience in a maritime or Oil & Gas administrative role is a strong bonus
• Degree or Diploma in business discipline
