Position Summary:

As a member of the service team, you will greet our customers as they enter the outlet and ensure that they have a great dining experience. Your ability to familiarize yourself with the outlets menu will showcase your preparedness and knowledge as well as your desire to learn and to serve our guests.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To prepare the outlet for operation, including mise en place, resetting tables
• Providing exceptional, friendly, courteous, and professional guest service at all times
• Taking orders
• To be knowledgeable with all food and beverage products on the outlet menu
• Respond to consumer inquiries about the outlet's services and special offers
• Processing customers' orders and generating their bills
• Assisting with seamless and fast service while maintaining outlet standards at all times
• Clean all tables after customers have left and get tables prepared for the next set of clients
• Maintain store cleanliness
• Comply with all safety and security procedures at the store
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Service Engineer

Job description

1. Perform the maintenance service in a proper and correct manner as stated on the checklist

2. Attend emergency breakdown service as instructed by the team leader

3. Carry out testing & commissioning for A&A work and run the small size of project

4. Provide technical support to the Application Team

5. Co-ordinate with the Project and Application departments and provide necessary support when required by the Team Leader

6. Support the systems testing related activities with the Project and Application Teams

7. Liaise with sub-contractor to perform site survey for A&A work and to provide detailed information on equipment quantity and method for the installation to the relevant parties for preparation of quotation

8. Deliver good standard of workmanship and ensure accurate quantity and quality of the equipment to be installed at site

9. Conduct in-house training when is required

10. Perform standby duty and other ad hoc duties as assigned

Key Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• 2 years’ experience in security systems
• Strong knowledge in network and security systems, able to troubleshoot and rectify the network and systems related issues.

Remuneration:

• $2,500.00 - $3,600.00 per month

Service Analyst

This role is with the IT Service Delivery Team, reporting to the Service Delivery Manager. This team is responsible for Service Operations – the structure and processes which ensure accountability, oversight and auditability throughout the team.

ServiceNow is the platform used by IT and the business for many of their processes/applications. This application is owned and developed by this team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Change Management, including review new and implemented changes, chair CAB, review change schedule, maintain dashboard, prepare comms.
• Incident Management, including analysing trends, incident workarounds, monitoring aged incidents.
• Major Incident Management, including communication, being part of the Incident Repsonse Team, managing suppliers
• Problem Management, including chairing any problem meetings, managing active problems, highlighting new problems.
• Release Management – liaising with the testers, vendor, tracking features and defects
• Service Request Management – documenting processes, analysing trends, identifying service improvements, working with teams to design new processes
• Continual Service Improvement – being able to highlight areas of improvement for effectiveness and efficiency
• Service Reporting
• ServiceNow – to assist with the day-to-day management of the tool, including working on incidents and requests

Technical Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Good knowledge of ITIL
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow
• Good knowledge/experience of using the Microsoft suite, specifically including SharePoint , Visio and Excel
• Exposure to/familiarity with automation
