About the role

We are seeking a Senior Customer Care Specialist to be responsible for ensuring Thredd’s customers benefit from the highest level of customer support as well as providing expertise in their extensive use of our platform and services.

What you will be doing

Customer and Client Centricity

· Being a key point of contact for all Thredd customers

· Having a detailed understanding of customer businesses (products, customer journeys and volumes) and needs

· Providing end to end ownership of client requests to successful and timely resolutions

Data & Reporting

· Providing analysis on card and transaction data

Quality & Controls

· Understanding, following and adhering to defined incident management procedures and communication plans

· Appropriately escalating potential issues as per defined processes, providing the required information needed to investigate thoroughly

Leadership

· Creating learning opportunities to enable team member performance and development

· Building bridges between departments especially within Implementations, Account Management, Application Support and Product

· Identifying and delivering continuous improvement, engaging the team and managing challenges positively

What you will bring

· Experience working in a B2B and customer facing service role

· Experience working in payments and/or the wider financial services industry

· Strong stakeholder management and experience working with high-level stakeholders such as Heads and C-Suite

· Experience working in a fast-paced environment where customer service is time critical and has a direct effect on the bottom line

· The ability to manage, lead and mentor

· Experience with JIRA and Confluence

· Experience with SOAP or Postman would be desirable

Objectives of the position:

This role involves Customer Quality Support for our company’s product distribution, addressing customer feedback and product quality requirements/issues. The person in this position will be responsible for handling customer feedback or requirements, such as complaints, test data, and other technical information as requested. This includes necessary communication with all stakeholders (Customer, Supplier, Customer Service, Production Planning, Supplier Management, Logistics).

Knowledge in cable testing or Electrical & Electronic (E&E) product testing, along with an understanding of technical specifications, will be required to comprehend customer complaints (both technical and logistical) and provide appropriate advice for resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage Customer Complaint Processes:

• Acknowledge the complaint

• Update the complaint in SAP & Customer complaint log

• Track the complaint & Close the complaint once actions are completed

• Summarize complaints for monthly reporting (LOS & Q-reporting)

• Properly handle customers’ needs by providing accurate and timely information on inquiries related to cable standards, test reports, and complaint handling

2. Track Supplier Quality:

• Conduct incoming inspections when required or prompted by customer complaints

• Update results in the SAP system and release inspected lots according to the defined usage decision

• Generate Supplier Corrective Action Requests (CAR) and track corrective actions by liaising with the supplier

3. Compliance with Standards:

• Familiarize with and comply with international cable testing standards and procedures

• Contribute to achieving company and department KPIs through due diligence, duty of care, and personal accountability for quality assurance in all tasks

4. Liaise with Stakeholders:

• Effectively close customer complaints by liaising with relevant stakeholders

5. Maintain Records:

• Maintain records in SAP and other relevant records

6. Operate Laboratory Test Equipment:

• Operate laboratory test equipment when required for the validation of complaints

7. Assist with Customer Technical Enquiries:

• Assist with product test reports, RoHS, REACH, and CE inquiries

8. General Assistance:

• Assist in other day-to-day activities related to the QA department as assigned by your superior

Skills & Qualification:

• Min. Diploma in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical) or equivalent

• Min. 1 year of experience in electrical / electronic product testing and qualification

• Knowledge in ISO 9001: 2015 QMS standard will be added advantage

• To be able to operate lab equipment (calliper, visual scope, resistance checker, High voltage tester).

• Prior experience in SAP system is required for this role.

• Knowledge of cable product testing is an added advantage

• Good customer handling skills and able to communicate to all levels in the organization

• Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel & Power point

• Addresses present issues immediately and independently

• Possess self-confident and willing to share opinions and expertise in discussions

• Anticipate potential problems and takes action to avoid crisis

• Provide support to colleague in the Department and work as a team to achieve Department goals and targets

The Customer Success Executive is a non-sales role responsible for post-sales client management.

• Fulfil the appropriate advertising requirements for external and internal clients either via online media or magazines fulfilments.
• Report to Project Manager to fulfil the advertising requirements.
• Support operations by posting up of job advertisements and other online media entitlements, example banners, course postings, course programs.
• Meet deadlines and targets.
• Responsible for the monthly process deliverables and performance standards.
• Assist sales in operations and part of account/project management.

Role Accountabilities:

Clearly detail the objectives and outcomes required of the role.

• Make sure that all fulfillment work is uploaded accurately and on time.
• Meet deadlines and targets.
• Make sure reports are extracted and send out on time, with accuracy.
• Liaising with clients (internal and external) are met with professionalism.

The day-to-day

• Serve as the main focal point for customer needs and requirements for all aspects of the Viasat system and service to deliver and grow the accounts
• Manage day to day relationship and lead multiple weekly calls across all levels of customer leadership, as well as leading Quarterly Reviews and Executive Reviews

• Full P&L responsibility with monthly reporting to Segment President
• Lead negotiation with customer covering service agreement, amendments, change orders, pricing, etc.

What you'll need

• Significant of Customer facing Account Management / Customer Success Management experience in a technology-oriented organization
• Ability to live in and / or frequently travel to Asia Pacific region
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical internal and external stakeholders
• Strong program management and organizational skills with the ability to work on and track multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically when implementing products and solving problems
