Job Description

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Logging and tracking customer issues and requests to ensure prompt resolution and problem solving.
• Handle order administrations, process customers' orders to support our Sales Manager/Executive.
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and any other relevant details.
• Identifying and escalating complex customer issues to the appropriate team or manager.
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirement
