Position Overview:
The Customer Service Assistant will support the smooth operations of Camp Asia by handling customer inquiries, supporting the online booking process, and providing vital administrative and logistical support before and during camp sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Customer Service Support:
· Assist the Customer Service and Bus Transport Executives with inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face.
· Provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries.
· Support customers with the online booking process and resolve any booking-related issues.
· Provide appropriate solutions to any concerns raised, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the services provided.
2.Administrative Support (Pre-Camp Season):
· Ensure the booking system capacity is updated accurately.
· Review and generate reports from the booking system.
· Update and maintain accurate reports before the camp begins.
· Prepare and organize administrative documents for the camp setup.
· Manage and update the Finance refund and credit report and monitor payment statuses.
3.Administrative Support (During Camp Season):
· Update reports and generate necessary administrative documents.
· Provide logistical and administrative support during camps, assisting the Customer Service, Transport, and Operations Teams.
· Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required during the camp season.
Qualifications:
· Excellent communication skills, with a preference for bilingual proficiency.
· Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
· Possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Working Conditions:
· Office environment during non-holiday camp time
· Outdoor school environment during holiday camp seasons.
· Extended hours during peak holiday camp season
· Some weekend work during holiday camp seasons and marketing events.
Terms of Employment
· Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm
· Holiday Camp: Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 4:30 pm
· Annual Leave: Yes
· Referee request: Required
· Background Check: Required
