This position is to manage and update customer pertaining to Air Import Shipments activities

Job Description:

• To monitor closely assigned customers’ inbound shipments

• Work closely with respective overseas offices to monitor its uplift at point of export till its arrival

• Update customers promptly of delivery date and if any irregularity to inform them

• Maintain close communication with overseas offices, internal customers, authorized contractors and ground handling agents to track closely its arrival and customs clearance

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by his/her immediate superior and/or manager

• Some basic skills in Microsoft office Requirement

-Training will be provided

5 days’ work week 0830 to 1800;

fix off on Sun and rostering off day on Sat, Tue, Wed or Thu

Working hours: Monday - Thursday: 8.30am - 6.00pm, Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Salary: up to $2,390 per month

Contract duration: 12 months

Job descriptions:

• Attend to walk-in customers
• Processing of application, renewal, issuance, and printing of Vocational Licences using internal system.
• Familiar with Common Office Tools (Microsoft Outlook, Skype, etc.)
• Handling of enquiries on Vocational Licences related matters via phone calls and emails.

Job requirements:

• Only Singaporean.
• Minimum GCE A Level & above in any related discipline.
• Proficient in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese stakeholders.
