• Provide administrative and operational support for all student matters including enrolment, payments, student P-files, scheduling of lessons, allocation of classrooms, collation of forms, handling of feedback and results, and instructors payroll,
• Tracking and updating detailed status reports of all sales leads,
• Engage different stakeholders through liaison with parents, staff and lecturers,
• Assist in marketing and branding strategies to drive sales. Experience with web design, adobe photoshop and/or social media marketing an advantage.

Requirements:

• Preferably a minimum qualifications of a Diploma in any discipline, with minimum 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience,
• Experience in the education or customer service sectors is preferred,
• Highly-motivated, responsible, team-player, positive attitude and possess good work ethics,
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Mandarin (to communicate with China parents),
• Must be willing to work a 5-day work week (Tues to Sat).

As a Customer Services Agent, you will provide a consistent high-quality service to customers at any designated area (check-in counters, boarding gates, transfer desk, special handling). You will operate within the agreed Standard Operating Procedures while maintaining a safe working environment and compliance with all safety and security standards.

As a Customer Services Agent, you will a brand ambassador and always display professional behaviour. You will work in shifts to accommodate round-the-clock flight arrivals and departures.

In this role, you will:

• Display excellent customer service skills, teamwork and understanding to achieve customer satisfaction,
• Ensure excellent discipline and grooming standards are always displayed while on duty,
• Verify information on travel documents, passports and/or visas,
• Ensure that the handling requirements of the various categories of passengers (e.g. unaccompanied minors, young passengers, elderly and passengers with special needs etc.) have been met and that special services and facilities are provided,
• Assist customers with issues regarding to automated check-in systems,
• Ensure effective communication with the passengers and the senior management and update if any flight or service delays are anticipated,
• Follow the safety and security standards in the workplace,
• Identify and report breaches of safety and security standards in the workplace.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum High School Diploma
• Previous customer service experience preferred
