ARC Tier 1 is required to work in a secure ARC environment. ARC is a type of call center that specializes

ARC Tier 1 is responsible for provide first level technical support to customers. ARC Tier 1 will work

Customer Service Executive - EXPORTS

• Devise and execute strategies to streamline export operations and enhance efficiency.
• Oversee and coordinate the export process to ensure timely loading of shipments and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare, review, and manage export documentation such as bookings, DG declarations, invoices, shipping documents, pre-alerts, and cargo status updates.
• Ensure data entry accuracy into the system.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, co-loaders, and logistics partners to arrange shipments and negotiate competitive rates.
• Stay informed and up-to-date with international trade laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Address and resolve any issues or delays encountered during the shipment process.
• Analyse market trends, identify potential trade routes, and develop strategies accordingly.
• Work closely with internal teams including sales, customer service, transhipment, and import pricing to ensure seamless export operations.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and efficient resolution of their needs.

Job duties:

• Liaise with customers, carriers, vendors, overseas agents to ensure smooth shipment
• Provide full customer service support (handles enquiries, complaints) to customer, oversea agents
• Ensure customer’s orders are processed in a timely and accurately manner
• Liaise and update customer closely to resolve customer orders or shipments related issues
• Timely follow up/coordinate/communicate shipment information with stakeholders (ie subcontractors, shipping lines, shipping agents, freight forwarders, customers and overseas offices).
• Prepare payment requests, ensure all billings are done timely and accurately with all necessary supporting documents
• Adhere to SOP and work instructions
• Adhoc tasks per request

Job Requirement:

• Preferably diploma in Logistics or business admin
• Customer service orientated and team player
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field within Freight Forwarding industry is required for this position.
• Strong in outlook, Microsoft Office Word, Excel
• Good commercial sense and cost management.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and cope with pressure.
• Accountable for complete operational needs, good working attitude, positive mindset and able to adapt to dynamic market changes

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-functional team on executing the sales.
• Communicate pro-actively with customers on execution details such as shipment period, payment etc.
• Prioritise daily tasks and follow up on problem resolution that ensures customer satisfaction.
• Interact with internal/external parties to resolve issues accordingly and respond to the request clearly and concisely within an appropriate time frame.
• Investigate and resolve regular/ad-hoc requests or complaints.
• Process SAP sales order management transactions (create, change, cancel) and corresponding reporting tools.
• Participate in process improvement program as directed by the Team Leader or Supply Chain team.
• Understand and implement GMP + B3 and RSPO in daily tasks.

Job Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in logistics/supply chain management.
• Have minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in SAP modules.
