• Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively, communicating issues to immediate managers for resolution
• Perform other related duties as required by the Assistant and/or Restaurant managers

Skills/Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Pleasant personality with a strong orientation towards customer service
• Positive attitude!

5 Days work/week rostered, must be able to work weekends. Time: Between 10.30am to 3pm and 5.30pm to 10.30pm (Split Shift) - 44 Hours/Week
