• Diploma qualification or higher
• Product knowledge on savings accounts, cash deposits and withdrawals is preferred but not a strict requirement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant disposition
• Self-motivated multi-tasker who is meticulous and able to work independently and accurately on assigned tasks and also a team player who thrives a in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on a 5.5 or 6-day weekly schedule
• Prior work experience in banking is not required. Full training will be provided for all successful candidates.

Job Description & Requirements

• 1st level helpdesk to respond to calls Provide first call resolution to users who called into our hotline which is public facing, advising on issues Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.
• Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact Perform outbound calls to users who leave callback
• Handle emails as assigned by team leader
• Handle responses via the Chatbot Agent would need to be able to take stress of answering calls from members of public
