Job Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to all AP & AR inquiries received via phone, email, WhatsApp, and mail
• Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments through effective communication and coordination
• Streamline invoice processing by collaborating with internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with GST regulations through accurate and timely e-filing of GST and invoices
• Support the timely preparation for GST top-up by managing import permit filings and extractions
• Assist with the weekly payment process and prepare necessary documentation
• Prepare a working file for Singapore Customs & Singapore Food Agency (SFA) to key in purchase invoices
• Build strong customer relationships by proactively resolving payment issues and ensuring a smooth payment experience
• Accurately and timely disseminate statements/invoices to the correct Person-In-Charge (PIC), adhering to credit terms
• Collaborate with customer managers to address overdue payments and mitigate credit risks
• Provide weekly updates on AR to customer managers to support informed decision-making
• Efficiently manage daily cash and cheque collections, ensuring accurate recording and timely bank deposits
• Conduct thorough reviews of daily receipts to identify and resolve any discrepancies
• Perform audit checks on signed invoices for easy retrieval upon customer requests
• Ensure all AR invoices are properly filed and stored for future reference

This position play a crucial role in ensuring that customers derive maximum value from a product or service, ultimately fostering long-term satisfaction and loyalty. Their responsibilities typically include:

Customer Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical assistance promptly and effectively.

Product Training: Provide training sessions & educate customers on how to effectively use the product or service to maximize its value.

Onboarding: Guide new customers through the initial setup and implementation process, ensuring a smooth transition onto the product or service.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work together with teams across the organization, including sales, marketing, product development, and support, to ensure a unified and positive customer experience

Requirement :

• 1-2 year experience in customer support role
• Possess good HR payroll , leave system , CPF & OT claims concept
• Good communication skills and able to handle difficult customers
• Training will be provided

Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Manage coverage of telephone and email service support to customers to provide technical support in a timely and effective manner for all products
• Investigate customer complaint at 1st level. Advise and guide customer with solution. If problem cannot be resolve over phone or email, schedule technician and fix service appointment.
• Escalate appropriate customer’s complaints or queries to relevant departments or management
• Plan and liaise with Technicians on servicing scheduling and day-to-day matters
• Maintain high levels of customer engagement with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Prepare Product Warranty Letter and liaise with customer warranty related issues.
• Assist in establishing, tracking and monitoring service reports, customer satisfaction standards, and other performance metrics.
• Prepare purchase request and tracking of spare parts purchase.
• Any ad-hoc duties as prescribed by HOD or Management

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business or any Engineering Field
• 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity is preferred but not necessary
• Applicants with no prior experience but possess a strong willingness to learn may be considered for this role
• Working knowledge in customer service principles, processes and standards
• Prior experience in SAP would be advantageous but not a must
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with good organisation ability
• Must be able to multitask in a fast-moving environment
• Must be effectively bi-lingual in English and Mandarin to handle English and Mandarin speaking customer’s complaints or queries to relevant departments or management.

Job Scope

• Provide technical service & troubleshooting issues related to personal computers, applications and tablets

• Experience & knowledge of Win XP, Win Vista, MS Office, Network connectivity, printer mapping, etc

• Experience supporting end users for their daily PC usage problem

Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology and above

• 2 years relevant experience in IT technical onsite support

• Understanding of desktop, laptop and printer and TCP/IP networking

• Will be exposure to handle some server administration matters

• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills

• Experience in banking industry
