About the Role

As a Strata Management Customer Service Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for property owners during both unit handover and defects management. Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Performs all CMP standard service activities through Tier I unassisted. Performs standard Tier II with assistance. Able to perform routine preventative maintenance within established timeframes. Completes quality repairs.

Responds to fab issues by communicating with other engineers and participating in escalation conference calls. May participate in projects to reduce costs and increase uptime.

Verifies operational quality of system equipment. Assists senior engineers as needed.

Applies diagnostic techniques and use of documentation and test equipment with assistance from senior engineers. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems. Uses training and experience to identify some process, software or hardware related system problems.

Strives to perform BKM’s. Uses knowledge management systems. Follows all IP guidelines.

Assumes responsibility for complete customer satisfaction within work area. Assists in planning, communicating, and coordinating support plans with customer management.

Complies with all safety procedures and consistently demonstrates safety as a value.

Responsibilities

• Secure appointments from client inquiries through different platforms (Social media channels / Phone calls / Emails)
• Create connections to potential clients from provided leads and sources through phone calls
• Send reminders to clients for upcoming appointments
• Prepare monthly sales conversion report

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and be an excellent team player

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience

• Prior experience as cabin crew will be an added advantage

• Able to converse in Mandarin and English to communicate in Chinese speaking customers

Salary: up to 4K

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders to address a wide range of customer service inquiries.
• Manage the entire order lifecycle, including expediting, handling requests, resolving complaints, escalating issues, and fulfilling special requirements.
• Monitor order status, delivery schedules, pricing accuracy, and schedule changes, while maintaining detailed records.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to troubleshoot problems, find solutions, and support the sales team by addressing customer needs and resolving roadblocks.
• Work closely with the planning team to prioritize urgent orders and optimize shipment schedules.
• Process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) in conjunction with various departments, including Quality, Sales, and Logistics.
• Coordinate with the finance team to resolve credit hold issues, follow up on payments, and address other related matters.
• Liaise with the logistics team to manage shipments and resolve any shipping-related problems.
• Work with the demand planning team to obtain updated customer forecasts, follow up on outstanding orders, and collaborate with the sales team to update forecasts as needed.

Requirements:

• Ideally 1-3 years of customer service and order entry experience with a diploma.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with Oracle is advantageous.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Customer-centric mindset, with the ability to work independently and pay close attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
