- Reply inquiries rom multiple platforms:
Web chat, Email, Shopee , Lazada , Carousell, Instagram etc.
- Reply inquiry , tracking info, product info, purchase advise, warranty etc
2. Understanding our company products (bicycle components)
- suggest purchase suggestion
3. Able to use Google translate to reply other language inquiries:
- German , spanish, french , italian etc
4. Communicate with team member in english / chinese (prefered),
- reply internal message on time (Wechat , Whatsapp) during working hour.
