The field service technician is a hands-on team player who will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient deployment, operation, maintenance, and repair of our HyperCube systems at multiple sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for keeping our site operations running smoothly through providing high quality technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a strong customer relationship while adhering to safety and quality standards. Equipment Maintenance

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, installation and repairs on a range of mechanical, electrical, computing and ancillary systems associated with our data centre deployments, thus ensuring optimal functionality and longevity.

Troubleshooting

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, utilising problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

Deployment

• Assist with computer modification works under direction of the site manager.
• Assist to fill/drain the HyperCube with fluid under the direction of the infrastructure team.
• Install/remove load banks as part of the commissioning process.

Operations
