Our client manufactures and designs innovative environmental instruments that drive sustainability.

• Provide service and spare parts quotations to customers enquiries.
• Performs in-house repair and on-site commissioning for various gas and water quality analyzer, CEMS and AQMS.
• Troubleshoot analyzer and advise customers on the best solutions in accordance with standard procedures and safety guidelines of the company.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide good support.
• Support in Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) for projects.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years working experience in the analytical instruments.
• Strong knowledge on gas analyzers, CEMS and water quality analyzer.
• Possess own transport, transport allowance will be provided.

Job Scope:

• Review of material flow parameters and recommend appropriate levels to support business and customer requirements
• Lead new customer integrations by coordinating internally with cross functional teams and externally with business partners
• Assisting key account manager
• Manage day to day inventory coordination in high volume, fast paced healthcare distribution environment while ensuring compliance with established procedures

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma or degree in Logistics Management or any relevant field
• Good working knowledge of WMS, inventory coordination or purchasing knowledge
• Preferably with working experience in a distribution, trading or 3PL multi-national environment
