• Work day: 5-day work week – 3 weekdays and 2 weekends or 4 weekdays and 1 weekend.

Summary

Responsibilities

• Centre OperationsHandle CRM updates, student registrations, and payment facilitation.
  Support center events and courses to enhance student participation.
  Maintain a clean and organized center, including notes, snack bar, and general spaces.
  
• Customer SuccessContribute to retention, satisfaction, and growth strategies for improved client experience.
  Respond to all inquiries within 24 hours via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  Assist new customers by promoting Zenith’s programs, converting inquiries to trials and following up on leads.
  
• Client SupportManage billing, payments, lesson replacements, and withdrawals, while collecting feedback for improvement.
  Provide updates on student progress and ensure timely communication with parents.
  

Requirements

• Diploma in Hospitality, Mass Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive team player with exceptional interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Responsible for front desk operations, including working at least 4 weekdays and 1 weekend per week.

Job Responsibilities

• Inbound call handling for Accounts servicing, campaigns, products enquiries and helpdesk enquiries;

• Fulfillment follow through on case handling and with customers;

• Ensure group compliance & control standards are observed and met in the execution of customers’ enquiries, transaction requests and maintaining confidentiality of Bank and customers’ information

Job Requirements

• Minimum of ITE, 'O' levels

• Experience in Call Centre, Banking or Customer Service (calls and correspondents) environment will be an advantage.

• Possess a positive mindset with a “CAN-DO” attitude a and passion to deliver quality customer service.

• Possess a pleasant voice, excellent comprehension, communication, interpersonal skills and work etiquette.

• Possess good command of written and spoken English.

• Good analytical skills; passion for working and is good in working with numbers.

• Resourceful, proactive, results-driven, attentive to details and a good team player who likes to work in a fast-paced changing environment.

• Passion for working, responsible and with good working attitude.

• Proficient in PC skills including MS Office applications.

• Ability to work on rotational shifts (Morning & afternoon)
