Sushi Sakuta is a high-end Japanese omakase restaurant.
Service crew will work together with the Restaurant Manager, to manage and execute all tasks related to customer service in a fine-dining restaurant setting.
The ultimate goal is to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Greet and assist customers when they arrive
· Presenting menus and explain meal options
· Taking orders and answer questions on meal items
· Makes recommendations to customers where needed
· Prepare the bill that itemizes total meal costs and sales taxes
· Work together with the chefs and other service staff
· Wash & clean utensils, crockery and other restaurant related items
· Any other ad-hoc duties reasonably required
Requirements & Skills
· G.C.E ‘O’/’N’ Level holder or above
· Proficiency in English & Chinese
· Proficiency in Japanese will be a strong plus point
· Past experience in F&B and/or fine dining related roles will be preferred
· Attention to cleanliness and safety
· Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
· Customer-oriented mindset, with patience and eagerness to serve
