The Team You’ll Work With

You’ll be leading our Customer Experience team for our Startups business across APAC & Middle East, reporting directly to the Managing Director. The Customer Experience team here at Carta is a key part of the broader Corporations business unit. In APAC, we manage the full lifecycle of our~ 1,000 Private Markets customers, from early stage to IPO, and many of these companies drive the direction of our product and vision. This team is hyper-focused on the health and growth of these valuable customers, and is purely dedicated to their success.

• Manage a team of ~8 amazing individual contributors, spanning across Onboarding and Implementation, Support, and Customer Success
• Provide directional leadership for the team by overseeing daily activities and performance management in order to consistently meet and exceed individual and team goals
• Inspire! Develop the team by hiring and coaching talented individuals who are excited by new challenges
• Established best practices; build a Customer Success strategy and motion that is segmented and scaleable with minimal human resourcing
• Become a trusted advisor; develop consultative relationships with assigned territory of customers by delivering value, sharing best practices and acting as the voice of the customer internally
• Drive product adoption and usage of Carta throughout the customer journey

About You

We’re looking for customer-centric, organized professionals, who know how to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities. Cross-departmental collaboration and communication is critical to success in the role, as well as efficient time management. In addition, we’re prioritizing:

• You’re a thought leader for our subject matter. You have a keen interest in private markets, equity management, captables, etc.
• Previous experience working in jurisdictions across Singapore, Australia, and UAE
• We are now in the 1-10 mode, so looking for someone who thrives in that stage of growth

• 7+ years of relevant experience

As a Customer Success Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our services. You will act as both a Consultant and Relationship Manager, working closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert guidance and build strong, long-lasting relationships with them. Your KPI is to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and increase the customer retention rate for every client you serve.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high level of quality in services and deliverables from delivery team
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to identify issues, concerns or needs and address them timely and promptly
• Responsible for onboarding new clients, ensuring smooth transition and successful implementation
• Regularly analyse and ensure business objectives, project milestones and quality standards are met
• Act as an advocate for clients, ensuring their feedback are heard and acted upon
• Provide expert advice and guidance to client on maximizing value of products/service to meet their business needs
• Conduct User Requirement Workshops and User Training sessions, when necessary

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Social Science or equivalent
• At least 3 years of working experience in Project Managing web-related projects will be advantageous
• Proven experience in customer-facing role within the fast-paced IT industry
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

This position play a crucial role in ensuring that customers derive maximum value from a product or service, ultimately fostering long-term satisfaction and loyalty. Their responsibilities typically include:

Customer Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical assistance promptly and effectively.

Product Training: Provide training sessions & educate customers on how to effectively use the product or service to maximize its value.

Onboarding: Guide new customers through the initial setup and implementation process, ensuring a smooth transition onto the product or service.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work together with teams across the organization, including sales, marketing, product development, and support, to ensure a unified and positive customer experience

Requirement :

-1-2 year experience in customer support role

- Possess good HR payroll , leave system , CPF & OT claims concept

- Good communication skills and able to handle difficult customers

- Training will be provided
