We are looking for a service engineer to support the preventive Maintenance on the Army Comms Equipment & Accessories. Must be able to perform Battery replacement, functional test and Air Leak test.

Responsibilities:

• To support the Preventive Maintenance on the Army Comms Equipment & Accessories.
• Must be able to perform battery replacement, Air leak Test and Functional Test and checking on Comms Accessories.

Requirements

• Diploma / ITC / NTC-2 in Electronics and Communications Engineering or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of related working experience in Electronics and Communications Equipment
• Team player and able to work independently.

Other Information

• Good soldering skill will add an advantage

Looking for a candidate who would like to join the food and beverage industry as an F&B executive in a high end steakhouse. Must have good interpersonal skills and willing to learn. Training will be provided for the suitable candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive at the service center.

- Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and provide them with accurate information regarding service options and pricing.

- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles.

- Escort customers to the waiting area and provide them with updates on the status of their vehicles as needed.

- Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out procedures, including documenting vehicle condition and obtaining customer signatures.

- Manage incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and knowledgeable manner.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service reception area and customer waiting lounge.

- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing service records, preparing invoices, and processing payments.

- Collaborate with other team members to support overall departmental goals and objectivesobjectives.
