Responsibilities:

• Work with our specialist team on the Common Fleet Management System (CFMS).
• Monitor bus service performance in a real-time environment and take the necessary actions to minimise service delays, using online resources and support systems
• Resolve emergencies and restore service disruptions to ensure service reliability of our buses on the roads
• Support the team in achieving optimal deployment of buses and Bus Captains

Requirements:

• GCE 'A' Levels / Diploma in any discipline
• Relevant working experience in Operations is an advantage
• Analytical, with excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
• Composed, with the ability to respond effectively to stressful or unpredictable situations
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Able to perform shift work
• Ability to identify colours (as candidates are required to monitor the system, which require good attentive and good eye sights to avoid any inconvenience or missed out)
• Service Controller to communicate and take emergencies enquiries from Chinese/Malay/Indian/Eurasian Bus Captains. Proficiency in Mandarin/English is essential.

Your impact:

As Core Collective grows we are looking for a Customer Experience Executive to join the team.

The CX team is the familiar face that all Residents and Members can look to when they have questions or issues. They are the "knowledge and call center" of the business. It is important that each and every single CX team member knows what is going on in the business in order to give accurate answers or to point Residents or Members in the accurate direction. They are the face of welcome and also the face of discipline.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Customer Service (Residents and Clients):

• Ensure that customer experience excellence is delivered within the business, culture and values
• Front desk duties and shift work, to greet and welcome guests, answering phone calls and perform service calls
• Attend to both residents and clients request and resolve dispute in a timely manner
• Assist in check ins with residents and clients in a systematic and timely manner
• Assist in touring of space, and promote the brand / company’s services offered
• Be trained with ability to close walk in leads
• Follow through of SOPs at all times

Facilities and Operations:

• Ensuring that center’s facilities and operations are in excellent condition, with SOPs and internal processes being followed
• Ensuring that vendors services are delivered to Core collective in accordance with SOPs and contracts
• Inventory management

Others:

• Assist in collating data and and reporting for task assigned
• Perform other job related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to you from time to time

What you’ll bring to the table:

• 2 years of relevant Customer Service experience (Hospitality background would be an added advantage). Passionate about providing excellent service to our internal and external clients

Job Duties:

• Conduct outbound calls & site visit to ensure timely consent collection with HR Manager/HR Professionals
• Reach out to the respondent from selected establishment to participate and in digital survey data transmission
• Explain survey objectives and procedures to respondent on the confidential database to be extracted
• Interpret survey questions to help respondents’ comprehension
• Compile, record, input results and data from interview surveys into the system
• Conduct administrative tracking of the collection progress.
• Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline
• Identify and report problems in obtaining valid data

Requirements:

• GCE ‘A’ levels and above.
• Equipped with work experience in survey operations, sales, or customer service role.
• Those without the academic qualifications will be considered with relevant work experience.
• Applicants with call center background, direct sales and customer fronting will be advantageous.
• Able to handle objections and complaints and proficiently de-escalate these cases.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and internet usage.
• Effective team player but also an efficient individual contributor.
