KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Support the event sales team

· Prepare proposals, contract, and event orders under the guidance of the sales team

· Help manage client communication including answering inquiries and following up on leads

· Coordinate with the marketing, operations, finance team regarding sales initiatives, exhibitor fulfillment and payment

· Assist in maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM system and other event platforms

· Provide administrative support, such as data entry, report generation, documentation and file organization

JOB DETAILS:

Sales Support:

- Extract and distribute sales enquiries from HubSpot to all sales staffs consistently and on time

- Build up the Sales Pipeline on Salesforce based on the data collected from HubSpot

- Tracked sales leads and ensure Sales Team to update the weightage percentage promptly

- Processed sales order, including preparing and sending the contracts to Exhibitors

- Manage, track and update the “live” floor plan, marking booths as on hold or reserved, adding, merging,

moving… booths/spaces

- Monitored the contracts status and keep Exhibitors and the sales team informed of any delays or issues.

- Coordinate with Finance team to ensure timely billing

- Collect and upload Exhibitor information (displayed name, logo, company description, exhibitor profile) on Online Exhibitor Manual

Coordinating:

- Serve as the primary point of contact between the sales team and other departments (eg: marketing, finance, sales team)

- Help organize and coordinate during the event

Customer Service:

- Maintain and update MYS & Salesforce system with customer information, contract status and pipeline data

- Address customer inquiries, provide the event information, and resolve issues as needed

- Follow up with customer on pending payments and pending returned contracts

Report:

- Provide weekly updated Sales Report to Management

- Maintain and monitor the sales revenues report

Keep track of Exhibitors’ sponsorship tier level, number of badges and tickets

Role Description

We are looking for a self-starting, cheerful, client-centric, and helpful individual to join our team. The Customer Service Executives assist our team of Real Estate Consultants by answering inbound enquiries, qualifying buyers, and coordinating viewings. You will need to be fast, organised, and meticulous when sharing and collecting information from potential buyers. Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound enquiries from various channels (WhatsApp, SMS, in-house messaging systems, and Phone calls)
• Search for information within our CRM to deliver accurate answers to questions from potential buyers whilst entering any new data into the listings to enrich the information
• Qualify potential buyers expressing interest in Propseller listings
• Coordinate and (re)schedule property viewings for buyers against the schedule of the assigned Real Estate Consultants / internal teams to meet team targets and maximise sales opportunities for each call/enquiry

Ideal Candidate

Responsible for providing both new and existing customers within Now Health International with peerless service experience. With a detailed understanding of the operational lifecycle. The Customer Service Representative will have a varied workload including building and maintaining strong customer relations, dealing with complex enquiries or complaints, handling renewals and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Customer Service

• As the primary contact for individual members, intermediaries, and corporate clients (“customers”), always maintain highly professional and courteous communications.

• Handle enquiries received via telephone, email and letter, Live Chat and WhatsApp ensuring that the company’s brand values, principles, and styles are adopted and utilized for all external communication.

• Maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with customers, third parties and other Now Health International departments and offices.

• Handle sales calls in the absence of sales staff, obtaining sufficient information for a quotation or a call back.

• Take responsibility for delivering products and service which are appropriate to the customer’s need and ensuring that the customer is treated in a fair, ethical and consistent manner.

• Deal with all instructions, queries, and service requests promptly, accurately and within company specified time frames or as promised to the customer.

• Ensure all customer documentation is complete prior to forwarding it to the relevant department and work flexibly within the team to support changing business needs.

• Work in conjunction with the Head of Legal and Compliance to ensure that our expansion projects comply with all regional legal/regulatory standards, and that any changes in laws or regulations are built into our project plans/operational processes.

• Pay particular attention to the Company’s Information and Data Security policies when accessing and using all Company systems which may provide access to sensitive information assets and strive to maintain the highest possible standards of information protection at all times.

• Take individual responsibility for accessing only the systems, records and information required to perform the role. Job Requirements

• Qualified to a degree level. Industry-specific qualifications are desirable but not essential.
