About the Role

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct assigned number of outgoing sales calls daily
• Achieve assigned monthly lead generation, sales/ enrolments and lead-conversion targets, in addition to any other targets that may be set by the management in relation to centre growth

Hiring Criteria:

Responsibilities:

The Personnel shall be competent to perform the following:

1. Attend to incoming phone calls, enquiries and deliveries promptly (mostly our bookings will be managed automatically via our online website and app presence).

2. Attend to walk-in students, teacher-coaches, visitors and site stakeholders with care and empathy.

3. Contact site users of cancellation / rescheduling of sessions guided by clear policies.

4. Man the General Office reception counter and ensure it remains clean and tidy.

6. Manage simple office administrative tasks such as receiving and directing of incoming mails/packages, managing and distributing notifications and letters to teacher - coaches and clients, trays, filing, collating and printing of documents.

7. Call & engage with clients for administrative matters e.g. GIRO forms, support in opening / registering and maintaining online accounts.
