The Customer Care Centre is responsible for driving customer service excellence and providing the best in-class customer service experience for all UOI customers.

Job Purpose

As a Senior Customer Care Officer / Customer Care Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries, resolving customer issues, and contributing to the development of a customer-centric organisational culture. Main Responsibilities

Service Excellence

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from insurance customers promptly, professionally and within the service level agreement (SLA) target.
• Provide the end-to-end customer service required to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the entire customer journey, achieving company NPS and CSAT targets.
• Provide accurate information about insurance products, coverage, and claims processes.
• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints within the SLA turnaround time.
• Educate customers on insurance policies, coverage details, and additional services to enhance their understanding and satisfaction.
• Strive for excellence in customer service by actively listening to customer needs and achieving customer feedback rating targets.

Documentation and Record Keeping

• Processing endorsements, cancellations and necessary amendments to policies as requested by the customer.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
• Report generation.
• Arrange to dispatch of insurance documents including mail enveloping.
• Payment collection for failed customer payments.
• Undertake any other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent with Certificate of General Insurance (CGI). Fresh graduates from Polytechnics are welcome.
• Possession of General Insurance Certification &/or Certification on Health Insurance will be an added advantage.
• To have at least 2 years of working experience (preferably insurance and/or office work).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in English. Chinese an advantage.

Key Responsibility

The Customer Experience Manager steers the strategic planning process to secure an excellent customer experience for all customers. This position entails overseeing the inside sales function within the Singapore office and carrying the responsibility for supporting the marketing, sales, and service functions. Generally, the Customer Experience Manager coordinates, plans, and supervises a company's Inside Sales team, aiming to ensure the optimized interaction between the company and its customers and lead the team to achieve the Departmental KPIs and goals.

This role will be based in Singapore, is part of the Sales Department and reports to the Country Sales Manager. The main tasks and responsibilities are:

• Responsible for the leadership and management of the inside Sales function in the Sales Center

• Responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing the Inside Sales Engineers

• Ensure strategic alignment of the local organization with the group strategy.

• Responsible for the implementation and communication of the strategic plans in conjunction with the local key stakeholder

• Lead & drive the Customer Experience Management (CXM) program.

• Work with respective stakeholders to provides insights, tools, methods, and trainings for the team to become truly customer centric.

• Developing and implementing strategies useful in improving customer relationship, dedication, and satisfaction.

• Establish communication channels through which Customers can reach out to us easily and effectively.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret customer interactions data to identify requirements and information useful in optimizing customer experience.

• Work closely with Sales / Marketing departments to analyze customer’s feedback and develop activities/events effective for improved customer experience.

• Work with Corporate Team (HQ) to conduct surveys to gather information on customer opinion of rendered services.

• To work with respective stakeholders to grow Company’s Digital business.

• To work closely with External Sales in a team approach to serving the customers.

• Guide and direct the activities of Inside Sales Engineers to ensure their interactions with customers reflects positively on the company.

• Mentoring of Inside Sales Engineers to ensure compliance with set standards of courtesy and professionalism.

• Good understanding on processes for costings, quotations and proposals using CEP, SAP system.

• To provide guidance to team on technical advisory, project proposals follow-up, negotiations, closing project orders and customer liaison.

• Any other tasks might be required by the Company to support the business strategy.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or related studies (Electrical, Chemical Mechanical or Process)

• Work Experience in MNC and similar industry will be an advantage

• At least 3 years of relevant management experience

• Experience in managing and leading teams in a dynamic work environment

• Knowledge of relevant products and industries

• Technical knowledge of process automation and instrumentation

• Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce

• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities:

· Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, handling their day-to-day inquiries and requests.

· Provide prompt and accurate responses to client queries regarding products, services, and order status.

· Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction.

· Manage and process client orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

· Coordinate with internal teams to fulfil customer requirements.

· Monitor the progress of orders, resolving any issues that may arise.

· Address client issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner, ensuring client’s satisfaction.

· Proactively identify potential issues and take action to mitigate them before they impact the customer experience.

· Gather and report on client feedback, ensuring it is communicated to relevant internal teams for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

· 2 years of proven experience in customer service or account management in a B2B environment.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Customer service executives serve as the primary point of contact for clients coming to a company for inquires, requests, queries, and complaints. Forward customer sales enquiries to Sales Dept. for follow-up.
• Co-ordinate with Operations Dept. to respond to customer queries regarding on-going jobs and projects.
• Schedule jobs with Operations staff.
• Prepare quotations and send to customers.
• Track and monitor completion of jobs in the RVS (River Computer System).
• Confirm jobs are “CLOSED” in RVS based on receipt of signed Delivery Orders.
• Produce Purchase Requisition and coordinate with Procurement for Purchase Order to supplier/vendor.
• “CLOSED” means job is completed and required documents are sent to Accounts Dept. for billing.
• Other ad-hoc activities as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Candidate possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
• Customer service experience will be an added advantage.
• Organizational skills / Negotiating skills / Empathy / Patience / Good communicator
• Proficient in Microsoft applications software.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative and able to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
