• Prepare service and spare parts quotations to customer inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high-quality service and support.
• Perform in-house repairs and on-site commissioning for gas and water quality analysers, CEMS, and AQMS, troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with customers to address service concerns and offer technical solutions.
• Support the project team in conducting FAT and SAT and deliver product training to end users and distributors.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Environmental Science Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in the analytical instruments.
• Good knowledge of gas analyzers, CEMS, and water quality analyzers.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude, along with excellent planning and time management skills.
