Key Responsibilities

• Kitchen duties, prepare serving points and serve customers
• Prepare beverages, fruits, vegetables and serving points
• Dish out, replenish food during meal time, serving and out-ration
• To collect food samples after each meal
• Wash and clean utensils/ cutleries, serving counters, dining area after each meal
• Other duties that Company deem relevant may also be assigned

Key Requirements

• At least 1 year(s) of relevant working experience
• Valid food hygiene certification

As part of the Technical Service Delivery Team, the role serves as a frontline professional that involves;

1. Participates in project implementation in the supporting role. Such as performing on-site survey, requirements gathering and work as a proxy between the client and the participating project managers, consultants and software development team during the system life cycle. He/she shall also ensure that the relevant documentations are up-to-date.

2. Provides technical configuration, test and commissioning of IoTs devices or equipments

3. Conducts end-user training in person or via remote audio/video conference tools

4. Provide application/system support to systems that is already deployed and handle technical service request/feedback from clients.

5. Ensure that all requests/feedbacks received adhere to service SOP and that support request tickets are closed on a timely manner

6. Participate in the research and evaluation of evolving new technology such as IoTs devices and tools, etc. that may be relevant to our core product and service delivery

Key Requirements

- Passionate in technology and Internet of Things / gadgets

- Good customer service attitude

- Understand key business function and operation is essential

- Good team player with a positive attitude towards problem solving

- Good IT fundation shall be an advantage but not mandatory

- Class 3A/3 driving license or possess own means of transport

- Fresh graduate may apply (On the job training)

Working Hours

Roles and Responsibilities

- Office working hour: 8.30AM – 5:30PM

- Scan & update of Service Report to NAS

- Scan & update of Incoming DO/AWB/INVOICE from Suppliers to NAS

- Update Records of Verification

- Update the inventory in Financio

- Deliver goods to customers when required

- Onsite support: Onsite PM & troubleshooting of RADIOLOGY EQUIPMENTS, DIAGNOSTIC MONITORS & PC & ACCESSORIES, NURSE CALL SYSTEM, OPERATING LIGHT

- onsite DVD/USB counter record update & sign the log check with customer on monthly basis

- onsite support, Preventive Maintainance & troubleshooting of automatic dicom DVD/USB burner & PACS system

- contact customer to resolve pending case id on daily basis

- prepare & Report of technicaL GUIDELINES

- Provide technical information for pre-bid and tender specifications

- Completes timesheets within the allocated time frame

- Roster standby support of after office work when REQUIRED (HAVING OT PAYMENT)
