Responsibilities:

• Manage all export-related inquiries.
• Coordinate with shippers for collection and export tasks.
• Work with sales and destination offices for air approvals and rate agreements.
• Collaborate with the finance team for COD payments and credit limit issues.
• Coordinate with Vendor Management for collection arrangements.
• Work with Air Freight Planner on flight schedules.
• Liaise with the import team for re-export shipments.
• Handle export permit applications with the Permit Department.
• Coordinate with the warehouse for cargo handling, including acceptance, release, sorting, and packing.
• Manage external vendors for DG packing, crating, and fumigation services.
• Provide shipping instructions to the export operations team.
• Support the Manager with daily operations, team queries, departmental projects, and new account setups.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma with 1 - 2 years in Air Freight Operations experience

Service Monitoring and Control:

- Regularly monitor services team to ensure optimal performance.

- Track and report on service performance indicators.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in service operations, administration, or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of service management principles and best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Experience with scheduling, purchase order management, and financial reporting is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to service call at customers' premises and respond to calls for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance service request in accordance with the Company’s Service Agreement.
• Monitor closely the progress of the work done to ensure that the schedule and quality of work are met.
