JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Customer Service

• Explain our courses, education philosophy and pedagogy to potential customers
• Promote TWC programmes to potential and existing customers
• Build relationships with our customers
• Handle phone and email queries effectively and promptly
• Perform and manage sales transaction effectively and promptly

Administrative Duties

• Arrange replacement lessons for students, and appointments for parents, Centre Management or teachers
• Responsible for center's inventory and simple logistics
• Other administrative and ad hoc duties, e.g. filing documents

Job Requirements

• Have minimum GCE 'A' levels or Diploma qualifications
• Possess at least 2 year of relevant work experience in customer service-related job roles, preferably in enrichment centers settings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Candidates who are proficient with MacBook and G-Suites (e.g. Drive, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets) would have added advantage
• Possess excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Able to display effective and efficient customer service abilities
• Possess good work ethics (e.g. Integrity, professionalism, committed to excellence)

Work Hours

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects related to engineering services, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and safety standards.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and resolve any technical issues.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.Provide technical support and guidance to team members and clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by delivering high-quality service and exceeding expectations.
• Conduct regular project reviews and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT/ Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Prior experience in Project Engineer or Service Engineer roles in a similar industry.
• In-depth knowledge with ELV Systems (communications, networking technologies, security)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and resolve all customer queries received via phone, email, social media platform and live chats effectively and promptly.
• Follow up closely with internal parties for resolutions.
• Proactively escalate query trends, potential issues and recurring service failures to team lead/ manager and ensure that appropriate corrective action is implemented to avoid future problems.

Requirements:

• Experience in Call Centre, Banking or Customer Service (calls and correspondents) environment will be an advantage.
• Possess a positive mind-set with a “CAN-DO” attitude, and passion to deliver quality customer service.
• Possess excellent phone etiquette, comprehension, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience in SAP will be an advantage.
• On-the-job training will be provided to ensure proficiency in role requirements.
