Summary:
Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
Working Hours: 5 days, 44 hours/week
Monday – Friday: 9:00AM – 8:00PM
Saturday: 9:00AM – 4:30PM
Responsibilities:
• Manage all inbound telephone and email enquiries
• Management of voice and handphone messages
• Scheduling and rescheduling of appointments for patients
• Assist with patients’ enquiries, questions and provide advice and/or solutions
• Assist with registering of patients and verifying that patient's record is up to date and accurate.
• Monitor and follow-up on all cases promptly, especially escalated and complaint cases
• Generate accurate and timely reports
• Ensure all call centre operating procedures (SOP) are adhered to and maintained
• Follow up on Doctor’s Invisalign cases
• Registers patients by verifying that patient's record is up to date and accurate
• Check patients’ medical history and drug allergies
• Collects payment from patients, applies payments and adjustments to patient accounts in the computer system, and reconciles daily cash reports
• Locating patient files and cases
• Prepare PowerPoint for doctor counseling
• Process claims with insurance companies and government agencies e.g. CHAS, Medisave
• Liaising with dental labs for sending and receiving of cases
• Any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Customer Service / Clinic Assistant experience preferrred
