Qualification Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience

· 5-8 years of experience in Information Technology. Relevant experience in managing IT Assets is advantageous.

· Experience and strong subject matter expertise with IT Service Management processes including Configuration, Change, Incident, Problem and Release Management

· Possess working knowledge of IT Service Management and CMBD processes with hands-on experience in one or more ITAM/SAM tools, like ServiceNow, BMC Helix, HPSM etc.

Job scope:

- Report and communicate with Japan management team

To support and promote children’s well-being through. in supporting our Tinkle Friend Services, which includes the helpline and chatline, developing resources to support children’s mental well-being through various channels.
