• Work with our spare parts order management system which is SAP based to monitor and support daily customer orders that are placed until delivery to customers.
• Attend to customer enquiries regarding order status and follow with principle for delivery status through IT ticketing system
• Generate pricing files and update customers with regular price updates.
• Generate various reports from system and provide timely analysis along with submission to relevant recipients.
• Process customer claims for supply errors and provide credit / debit note to settle the case.
• Must be able to work with Excel for data processing and Power Point for presentation purpose.

Requirements:

• Diploma with minimum 3 yrs experience in customer service role

Customer Service Role would need to a responsibilities whole spectrum of customer order handling activities ranging from inquires and entries to closing of orders. Responsible for customer related Precious Metal activities. Ensure metal transactions are accurately posted to customer pool accounts in a timely manner.

Job Descriptions:

• Possess strong analytical skills to resolve customers enquiries
• Meet and/or exceed all individual and team KPI set by management
• Acquire multiple product knowledge to enhance ability to understand customer needs across different products
• Process Sales order to factory based on Customer’s demand, update into SAP system, maintain customer order reports and follow up closely with production and customer on the order status.
• Co-ordinate with sales, quality manager & production control planner to meet customer requested deadline and highlight any potential misses and follow up with planner on recovery plan.
• Process PM transaction for order and shipment in the SAP system. Verify and send pool account statement to customer on monthly basis.
• Process RMA for all type of returns for customers
• Monitor target expiry after shipped based on contract term
• Implementing and maintaining Company’s Integrated Management Systems, Manual and Procedures (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 & IATF 16949), ensure the compliance and effectiveness of the IMS System;

Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing Management or any field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service in a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP (SAP) system is required.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Communicate well with good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Honest with the ability to work quickly and accurately
• Fluent in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese stakeholders.
